The pet-free room and bath are on a floor of their own so privacy prevails. The comfy bed has fabulous linens. Enjoy mini fridge, wifi, bose sound dock, and many other amenities.

Our beautiful, sunny second-floor apartment features a spacious kitchen with granite counters and island, custom cabinets and stainless appliances.
“First off, Ben and his family are such warm and hospitable hosts. Ben was very responsive to my many enquiries. I'm so glad that our first experience staying at an Airbnb as a family was here because it was like a bigger and better version of our apartment. It had the coziness of home but with the space and amenities like fantastic AC during the heatwave, comfy beds and couches, a huge kitchen with an island, good wifi and Roku so you can watch all your favorite shows when you're indoors and the decor was well thought of. We visited during Covid and they made an extra effort to clean and sanitize the place before we arrived. The apartment was spotless and smelt clean. We were right by Little Italy so that made it very convenient to walk over for a stroll. There are so many restaurants to choose from, a mini mart right across the street, and a Walgreens up the street. On Fridays and Saturdays they close off the street so it transforms into a pedestrian walk. You're only a 10 minute walk from downtown PVD, too. We're big walkers and our daughter gets car sick so it was great that we were in a central location such as this. It was also easy for us to get parking nearby when we arrived Friday afternoon. Speaking of which, our daughter also loved the apartment! We will be sure to recommend Ben and his family's place to friends and family when they come visit PVD. “Great location!! You can walk to numerous restaurants and it’s about a 10 minute walk to downtown. When we were there it was 90 degrees outside and we were worried it would be hot because it’s on the third floor but the air conditioning worked great inside the apartment. The beds were soft and comfortable. Even though it’s an older house, they keep it clean through out. The hosts are very quick to respond. You are given a parking pass so you can park on the street overnight without worrying about getting a ticket. There is nothing bad that we could say about the stay.”
