Monthly Rentals in Auburndale

Great stay! Very attentive host and a lovely place.

We rented the lakehouse to go to Legoland with no other plans. The place was as described and very nice. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The dock was nice and our son even wrote "walk to the dock" in the guest book of things to do. The house is close to Legoland, Lakeland, and Winter Haven. It took us 1 hour to get to Tampa, so location wise you could do any theme park in the Orlando area or go to Tampa within a 1 hour drive. The host was very responsive for the few messages we exchanged. Luckily we encountered zero issues but I would imagine she'd be just as responsive if needed. The house is off what I consider a busy road, but once inside the gate it's not bad. All rooms had noise makers, which we thought were a nice touch! There is a Publix right around the corner and that was convenient. Overall I would highly recommend this property. It's far enough out to be peaceful but close enough to do most attractions in the central FL area.

Karyn's place was precisely what we were looking for; a small private, convenient spot. It is immaculately clean. And Karyn was very responsive to any questions we had. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The pool is beautiful and remains a private spot for renters even though it is attached to Karyn's home. We highly recommend renting from Karyn and we will definitely rent this space again if we are in the area!
