Auch is the heart of the Gascogne and Gers. Near to a forest edge, we offer a nice small house very calm with tranquillity and Gers charm. We are located at 3,5km from the center of the city. it is easy to join the first shops located at 2km from the house. We kindly recommend to go walking close to the Gers river from where you could visit Auch. The house has 1 bathroom private, 1 single room with 1 bed, 1 sofa, 1 table with 4 chairs, 1 TV, and Wifi access is included. It is fully private.

In the heart of Astarac on the Gers hills, renovated mill that can accommodate 2 people. Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon recreation center (swimming lake, games) 20 minutes from AUCH. Numerous hiking and biking trails. The mill is located at the rear of the renovated farmhouse near the outbuildings with separate access. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.
