Located on the ground floor, on the Thiers/Ambert departmental road, I insist on "departmental" ideal for a traveler, workers, visitors. Just 35 minutes from Clermont Ferrand (5 minutes from the A89). It is equipped with a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, 4 burners, dishwasher, kitchenware and 2-seater sofa bed), a bedroom (double bed, air conditioning) and a bathroom/WC.
