A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). Dear guests, We have a vacation apartment in a quiet location for 2 - 4 persons. The apartment is a 65m² large 3-room apartment with two separate bedrooms, a large living and dining area, a cozy kitchen, a bathroom and a 10-m²-wide west-facing balcony. In the apartment is a fully equipped-kitchen, as well as underfloor heating and a romantic wood stove for cold winter days. The location of the apartment is between Ulm, Günzburg and Heidenheim. Legoland is only 15 min away by car.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
