It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

The studio is part of a new modern house, in a calm, green and hilly area just 15 min from the center of Toulouse, 5 minutes from a golf course, near hiking/biking trails. A very nice, calm apartment to come home to after a day of visiting, or working. High quality furniture and installations. Italian-style shower. Large, high quality sofa-bed (160*190*16cm).

Private studio of 30 m2, annex of a villa where the owners live, fully equipped with independent access. Setting up the sofa bed will incur an additional fee of 10 euros. The studio is located 10 minutes by car from Venerque Le Vernet train station, allowing you to access downtown Toulouse by train in about 15-20 minutes.
