Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig im Villenstadtteil Uhlenhorst auf einem der schönsten Grundstücke Hamburgs direkt an der Alster. Vom großen Balkon blickt man über den Feenteich und die Alster. Schöner geht es kaum! Das Zentrum ist mit dem Fahrrad, Auto oder dem Bus in etwa 10 Min. zu erreichen. Vermietet wird ein Teil von Alexanders Wohnung, der über einen separaten Eingang, Bad, WC und eine kleine Küche verfügt. Absolute Privatsphäre!! Gemütliches Wohnen in der City

In schöner und gepflegter Atmosphäre. Ganz dicht an Alster, Bahnhof und City. Im Sommer aber gerne auch lauter, da reges Treiben auf der Straße!! Solltest du mit dem Auto anreisen, besorge ich dir einen Besucherparkplatz. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit gemütlichem Bett (140x200cm) und Schrank für deine Sachen. In der Küche sind Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Natürlich darfst du dir auch selbst etwas kochen. Und ganz wichtig: ich habe nur Platz für Einzelpersonen!

The loft is a mixture of living and working - black and white canvas film pictures from the 60s and 70s and furnished with USM Haller and Vitra furniture give the studio a very casual look. My living room 20 sqm for you with a wide couch 1.00 m wide lying area. My apartment is in the region of the airport, parks and traffic. You want to love my affiliation because of the large terrace, from 11 a.m. sun. My accommodation is good for adventurers traveling alone. I am communicative and wait for guests. We have the right and the kitchen together. Washing possible € 5 including detergent.

Guest room at the lake

Our guest room is located in a house directly beside the Alster lake, in one of the most beautiful streets of Hamburg . It is a very quiet and green residential area; the center of the city and the main railway station can be reached within 10 minutes. We renovated the guest room and created a sophisticated and modern interior.

Welcome to Hamburg! :) My two room Apartement (65sqm) with balcony to the south is just 150m to lake Alster. There is one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. Also there is a small kitchen and bathroom. A laundry room in the basement can be used. Parties and other loud events are not allowed in the apartment!
