Very nice place to stay for a while. The apartment itself alone is very beautiful to see. Photos match! In addition, it is spacious, well equipped, very neat and has its own day terrace overlooking the area. The private parking in front of the door is also really very pleasant. The house is located in a large (parking)square, right in the center of the city and close to the castle. Really a very nice base to explore the city and surroundings (on foot). In addition, the owner is super friendly and responds quickly to any messages. For us, this was the 1st time we booked something through Airbnb and we certainly liked it. Absolutely recommended!

Listing as described. The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable, the amenities are sufficient for a short stay. Access may be difficult for a person with reduced mobility because the staircase is not wide. The location in the hyper center is ideal for enjoying the charm of this small town.

Elodie’s apartment was light, airy and spacious. It was very conveniently situated for everything in Carcassonne. The apartment contained everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Elodie was friendly and responded very quickly to any questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to a single or couple visiting Carcassonne. Elodie pointed out on the listing that it’s not suitable for those who can’t climb stairs.

Gerri’s place is very beautiful and cozy and a place that we recommend to stay. Gerri has been a great host and friendly to us. For sure we will return one day!

Absolutely great location and parking easy following Laure’s detailed instructions. Just did a quick unload collected the pass and parked immediately. Apartment has everything you need and information from Laura on the apartment and the area was the best we have come across for Air BnB anywhere in the places we have stayed across the world. Would readily stay there again however as we’re from Australia may be some time. Apartment has a great clothes dryer (not sure why it is not on listing). All other descriptions by guests re stairs etc are accurate but you can’t say you weren’t aware.

Great! Serge was a helpful host, his rental is very beautiful, functional and accessible on foot from the train station which was very convenient to navigate the streets of Carcassonne with a 2 year old child. Everything is close and accessible. Serge gave us some great tips on local restaurants and things to do. We'll be back soon:)

Lovely place to stay - walkable distance to town and restaurants. All rooms were clean and tidy. great to have a washing machine (there isn't a dryer though). Only issue we had was it was advertised as having Netflix Hd TV, it was just a standard TV with french channels - no netflix or smart channels. Fine when you're out sightseeing all day but when the weather was bad it would've been nice to have something to watch at the apartment. Alex was great with communication and helpful with local knowledge. Would recommend as a place to stay! thank you 😊

Mariline's home is really perfect. The indoor garden is a real plus. You can see the city of Carcassonne and you can walk there very easily. We hope to return to enjoy it longer.

We enjoyed a warm welcome from Aurélie and her husband. We thank them for the tips for visiting around the cottage. The place is comfortable, well equipped and organized. It has everything you need to prepare meals. The wifi works with a good speed. The environment is quiet. Cesseras is a quiet village with a grocery store that has a charcuterie/cheese department and bread.

We had an exceptional stay at Esme and Steve's! Their warm welcome and kindness made our experience even more enjoyable. The accommodation is impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and offers all the comforts possible. The amenities are modern, quality, and nothing is missing – everything has been thought out to make you feel at home. Esme and Steve are caring hosts, always available and with good advice to discover the surroundings. We had a fantastic trip, Marie-Cecile & Leonce are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment is well perfectly situated between the castle and the centre of town with a beautiful garden and close to the river. Couldn't recommend this more.

This place is so well equipped and laid out. It is a perfect family stay for all ages to relax and enjoy. We went out some days but to be honest we didn’t need to, we were so happy just being at the house and relaxing, playing games, eating food etc. we loved every minute of it. Sa is a fabulous host and was so helpful always.

Very nice comfortable cottage, with the character of the old. The outdoor area is nice with access to the pool, very large and clean, and a barbecue. I had a great week with my friends.

This was our 2nd stay at Matthias' home. Always impeccable accommodation, impeccable cleanliness, clear instructions. Ideally located, you can walk to the city center! Private parking is a real plus! We did not use it because it can be easily parked on the street and free of charge.

Both Marc and his wife is very pleasant and kind people, welcome was warm! The apartment is very spacious and tidy and clean, everything is in order and arranged to the last detail. The shop next door and a bakery within walking distance is very practical. Going on vacation should always be carefree, so this is definitely the case here!!
