We really enjoyed our stay! Giulia provided us with detailed instructions for check-in, parking, and more. The view from the terrace was amazing. Overall, Giulia is a fantastic host. We highly recommend her place!

The owner Laura is an extremely friendly and helpful person. Warm, cozy and comfortable apartment, a small jewel. Relaxing vacation in a charming corner of the lake with private beach and mountain for walks. Another aspect not to underestimate the friendliness of the neighborhood. I am very satisfied with the experience that I really recommend it from the heart ❤️

Great modern very well equipped apartment. Everything you need. Very bright and generous. Great balcony. Direct private access to the lake, with its own sunbathing lawn. On foot you are very quickly in the center. Also good starting point for excursions. Private parking space available, also suitable for vans, secured by a barrier. The landlords are always available, give good tips for restaurants, etc. , contact you in time on arrival and departure, check in and check out super easy, everything works smoothly, no language problems and overall super professional. The place is really highly recommended and we were able to enjoy our stay very much.

Great stay with family and dog. Great communication. House and garden for one alone and even an extra fenced garden area for dogs. Opposite is the wonderfully refreshing lake, and the dog beach is also directly on site. We did great hikes, jogged around the lake and enjoyed swimming in the clear Lake Ledro. The house has everything you need. You usually stay outside anyway

We loved this place - spacious and private, located on the lake front. We used as a base whilst skiing in Folgaria as preferred to be away from the crowds (30 mins drive up the mountain). Massimiliano was a great host, very helpful and responsive, checking that we had everything we need. The kitchen was well equipped with tea, coffee and condiments. The bathroom was decorated to a high standard with great shower. Smart TV and good WiFi. We’ve stayed in many Airbnb properties and this was a firm favourite!

Thank you very much for a wonderful stay, we were with friends and children on the lysich in the winter. Beautiful place, great location. Down near spring and walk. In 10min of slopes and snowshoes. Recommended 🙂🙂

The apartment is beautiful with brand new furniture and very well kept. Cleanliness is as impeccable as bed linen, bath linen, and kitchen linen ( tablecloths,towels). Well-stocked kitchen, even with a coffee maker with capsules. We found, with pleasure, coffee capsules, sugar sachets,jams, milk, cookies, pasta, sauce,a small form of excellent cheese, yogurt,juices, water, oil, salt, pepper, etc., so everything still sealed in excellent hygienic condition. The bathroom is very large and with a shower that calls it paradise is still little. If it hadn't been clear, we were very happy with everything and will definitely be back again. Thanks to Ettore and Attilio who welcomed us in an impeccable way when we arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The view is worth of everything. Both day and night it’s breath-taking. The apartment is comfortable and we were happy to have our cat with us. Highly-recommended!

Nice resort in peaceful environment right at the Idro lake and the mountains. Expect basic apartments, great for active vacation. Hosts are extremely helpful, laidback and friendly, not like mass tourism at for example lake Garda.

Pure relaxation! The place is clean, perfect for couples and offers everything for a nice, quiet and restful stay. The location is also great, as is the environment. Nearby there are several restaurants as well as a bar and a small ice cream parlor, all within walking distance. Erika is a very good and pleasant host. Small tip- It produces on a beautiful property about 25 minutes by car from the accommodation, excellent olive oil and honey. We highly recommend the place.

It was the first that with my family, I looked into the world of trekking and having two young girls (respectively 6 and 3 years old), I was looking for a fairly autonomous solution that would allow me to try to make nice excursions, but at the same time spend good moments of tranquility. Well, from Victoria and Vita we found the perfect combination. Excursions starting right from their residence, so at your fingertips and without having to take the car, and for relaxation the adjacent lake with its strictly free beaches and the comfortable indoor pool that can be used 24 H. there's convenient indoor parking. Among the spaces of their manicured garden we find two equipped barbecue areas, a children's play area and a ping pong table. The place was exactly as described, clean and equipped with everything you need for the bathroom, kitchen,sheets and towels. And for any questions, the hosts are always kind and available. We had a great time!

This place was amazing! The pictures look great but the place is even better. Checking and out was easy and quick with the staff being very friendly and helpful. We loved the place and would go again.

We had a very nice stay at this place during our 2 weeks vacation at Lake Garda in September. Beautiful house and flat, nice olive garden, quiet area and a super nice view towards the lake. Also for our little daughter this was a great place and she really loved being in the pool. We had everything in the flat what was needed. You can walk down to the lake within 2-3 minutes (there is a beach area directly across the street) and also start hiking tours directly from the house. Recommendable are to start walking via the old stone trails of which there are 2 next to the house. Kite surf schools also around the corner. Yes, the street to the house is a bit steep but it's the same for all streets in this area. For us this was not a problem. We will be back :)

I loved the place. It’s not big, but has everything you need (and more). Very clean and great location near the lake. Communication with Frederico was easy and nice. Would like to come back when I’m in the neighborhood.

Giorgia is a great host. Very friendly, great communication, had good suggestions in where to go, and some helpful instructions as well for when we needed to get around with the local transit. The place was exactly as described, and had what we needed for our trip. The little balcony is a nice amenity in the evening time enjoy a bottle of wine and some snacks.

Very large and spacious apartment where 5 people are quietly staying, you cook and eat comfortably in the house. Very close to the lake and there are many routes to do. In short, highly recommended.

very much space, spacious apartment, close to the beach and restaurants and at the same time quiet and cozy, the view from the balcony is beautiful, the balcony is large, the apartment is very well equipped with all the necessary mattresses, I am very positively surprised , I recommend the place and the host are worth it

This is a beautiful apartment in a perfect location. It is walkable to everything, just 10 minutes from the centre of Riva de Garda. We had a car and it was very helpful to have parking outside the ZTL zone, yet be so close to the sights. There are beautiful views of the mountains, and from the window you can see the lake. The apartment is nicely decorated, very spacious and in a quiet area off the main streets. The hosts are always responsive and happy to help with any questions, and kindly let us check in early. The sofa bed and bed were comfortable and the bathroom is modern. The breakfast for 10 euros per person was helpful, with lots of options for food. All in all, we would highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for a great stay.

We enjoyed the stay very much and we had everything we needed. Walking to the beach in less than 5 minutes and a supermarket and restaurants are also very quickly accessible.
