Enjoyed our weekend at this place quite suitable with our two kids. Everything available, perfectly clean and pleasantly furnished:-) I recommend it! Description and pictures are in the image of reality. We came to visit the castle of Guedelon and discovered other beautiful things to see on the property. Stéphanie is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The house is very well maintained with a very nice decoration . You will find everything you need for a great stay and I had forgotten homemade brioche and jam. I highly recommend it if you have to stay near Auxerre.

We rented the place for friends passing through the area. The apartment is large and enjoyable. The environment was quiet. Salomé received us very well.

Everything was absolutely perfect!!! I booked this house for my friend's EVJF, and it went great! The hosts were extremely available and responsive to help me with my preparatory questions in advance. Then, on site, we had all the comforts and cleanliness to be able to enjoy the weekend! You can book this gem without a second thought!!

We had a great stay at Emmanuelle’s with a group of friends. It’s a lovely house for a large group, and away from any neighbours. Supermarkets are accessible at Sens, a quick 10/15 minutes away.

This beautiful and large house participated greatly in making these few days with family very successful! vast and very pleasant interior with its beautiful fireplace that we used well... extremely well-equipped kitchen where we loved to cook, a great sound system for music, board games available, great bedding ... and above all we particularly appreciated the huge and beautiful garden ( park, very nice night lighting) where there is everything you need to chill, for lunch, with a very nice bocce court where we laughed! The pool should be great in summer with its location in the heart of nature. So it's a beautiful place to spend a stay in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere! Thanks to Christella who kindly welcomed us and Frédéric for the speed of communication.

Thank you so much for your warm welcome. The house is extremely nice, large, very clean and super well equipped. The pool is very nice and heated and there are plenty of amenities to do activities in: ping pong, badminton, foosball, board games, etc. Anne and her husband are absolutely adorable and attentive. I would recommend it 100%

Very good stay at this beautiful house. Facilities such as the hot tub are great and there is everything you need to play with the kids in the garden (and in the house) In addition, the hosts are very kind and considerate.

We all greatly appreciated the comfort of the cottage, perfectly arranged for our family gathering. Nestled in a peaceful and green setting, it offers an expansive, secure and well-maintained pool. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and makes it possible to prepare meals for a large family. We were also delighted by the warm and kind welcome from Claire and Bertrand, truly friendly hosts.

Very well laid out and equipped house, perfect for two families. We also enjoyed the outdoor amenities (swimming pool, barbecue, ...) and the small summer lounge. Our stay at Magali's was enjoyed by young and old and the welcome basket was a big hit. We strongly recommend:)

A beautiful discovery, a place where we wish we could have stayed longer. A small haven of tranquility , as soon as you walk through the door, it feels good. Functional and cozy , and the little extra: the garden in the back whose calm atmosphere is soothing . In short, an address where we will return without hesitation during our next visit to Burgundy

Beautiful and quiet area for hiking and cycling directly from the house. Avallon and Vezelay are easily accessible via beautiful rural roads. Beautiful place to relax in the beautiful surroundings.

We were looking for a quiet place and in the countryside for a family moment. We found it😊. We appreciated the greenery that surrounded us and the amenities. Esseline was flexible on the arrival time and we thank her for that. Even if it's in the photo, the stairs are steep and you have to be careful 😊

We were only passing through for 1 night in the cottage but enjoyed the calm and the welcome that Catherine and Philippe gave us despite this short stay. The cottage is as described, with its 3 beds located in the same room, possibility of having breakfast at an additional cost but it was worth it: very good and hearty. Thanks Catherine and Philippe!

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay over Xmas and new years. Wonderful hosts who are very helpful and attentive and the house is lovely: we loved the fireplace in particular. Great closed garden for the dog to play along a very quiet road. If you’re looking for a quaint stay in a quiet setting, this is perfect!

We had a lovely stay at Pierre's. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with all the amenities needed, even for a long-term stay. Communication with Pierre was excellent and we won't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises. Thanks for everything!
