Monthly Rentals in Buenos Aires

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. There are many factors that make this place a very comfortable stay. Safety first. It's on the 7th floor with a key to access the building through the main door on the 1st floor where all residents have their key. This way, only residents have access. There is always a policeman on that street below for your safety. On that same avenue, Montes de Oca, there are all kinds of businesses: restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, pharmacies, etc. Among many, I recommend Café Martínez, Restaurante San Miguel, and Pizzería Los Campeones. When you go down, it's very easy to get a cab or call an Uber. I never needed any other transportation. The apartment and building are very clean, with efficient elevator service. The view is excellent and it is very well sealed without external noise. The bathroom is very clean with equally clean towels. There's a hairdryer. The apartment is spacious for two or three people. Two very good rooms.

the place is exactly as listed. it is very close to the subway and that makes it easier to go around the city. has stores around for all needs, bars and restaurants.

It's a great apartment to stay for an extended time as it has everything you need to feel at home. It is very well equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, minipymer, washing up, lots of crockery and items so you don't have to run out to buy (shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, laundry soap, etc). As for Adriana is friendly, she responds quickly and whenever you need she is ready to address any concerns. Barracas is a not very touristy neighborhood but it is beautiful and I recommend it. Half a block pass a lot of lines of collectives that have a lot of frequency and that take you everywhere (obelisk 15 minutes away). I highly recommend staying in this stay and we will definitely be back in future opportunities!
