This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Close to Circuit du Val de Vienne, this well-equipped, historic cottage in a quiet location for up to six guests has views over the river and countryside. Three bedrooms - a large master and two further adjoining rooms - plus a sofa bed in the living room. Please note, there are some low doorways and internal steps. Availles-Limouzine, a charming village on the Vienne river, has a bakery, a butcher, a general store and a weekly market. You will also find several restaurants and cafe/bars.

The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
