A big plus is that it is only 15 steps from the road, perfect for getting in and out without all the stairs! Our popular condo isn't new to the market, but appears new due to the owner taking over management of it. You will love gazing at the ocean and relaxing on either balcony.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious 3 bedroom with views of all Avalon. This three bedroom top floor condo has a complete and well stocked kitchen with wonderful views from the balconies, main living space and two of the bedrooms. The location is walking distance from where the ferry disembarks. If you have a lot of luggage you may want to take a taxi.
