Vacation rentals with lake access in Aveiro District

This is our best stop on a trip to Portugal. The house has everything you need, it's just nice to be inside. We were still in the moment when the electricity and communication went missing in Portugal - so the hostess and her family showed unreal care - and they brought candles, and the grill was lit and offered food - well, we never had such a cool "apocalypse"! I definitely recommend!

I want to express my sincere thanks for the exceptional experience I have had. From the first moment, I felt welcome and valued. We had a lovely week at the house and the surrounding nature. The house was beautifully located, well equipped and clean! Although we had very rainy weather during our stay, we still enjoyed beautiful hikes and the house offered a cosy refuge for us. My stay was just what I needed: a couple of peaceful days in the pristine mountains of Portugal. Very well, equipped kitchen, very comfy bed and nice linens …the host left me some vegetables and fruit from garden, which was amazing. A couple of stunning fireplaces in the house that I used every night Just enjoyable. Thank you.

Short stay to visit friends nearby. Marvelous private house. All brand new and clean. Great arrival and reception. Verry friendly tour by owner and a beautyful welcome table prepared with wine, fruit, jam, cake etc. Bottles of water in every bedroom, we felt right at home. Private parking behind the gate, lots of space for multiple cars. Beautifull views from the terraces around the house and a nice covered sitting area with small barbecue and plenty space. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

The space is in a great location. Everything was perfect.

The apartment was so cozy, we were grateful for the little local treats that were left for us it was such a nice touch. The apartment was clean and had a beautiful view of the river from the bedroom windows. The small town was quaint and we enjoyed immensely walking around trying all the amazing restaurants and enjoying the beach. My family and I can’t wait to visit this amazing place again soon!!! Great location and very clean, nicely renovated apartment.

Spacious apartment, very very well-equipped. We feel welcomed by the decorative touches and touches (small slippers await you at the entrance). The host is available to meet expectations. Very professional rental. Only small point to improve, the bedding of the king size bed, otherwise everything else is perfect.

Ana's place is wonderful. Completely renovated, tastefully decorated, with many kitchen utensils, very new, clean and a great location. I just put some sticks on it that would have made the stay of 10, much more comfortable: - we were going with two kids and the stair guards were broken so that was dangerous for the baby and we had to be continually watching - a canopy is missing on the terrace to enjoy it. With the heat and sun it was impossible to go out on the terrace to enjoy the views having breakfast or eating. - does not have a washing machine. On a beach site it seems fundamental to at least being able to wash the towels and some clothes. Thank you, Silvia

Great 2 days in this beautiful home. Everything was perfect and great location. There was all around restaurants, butchers, pastries, sandy beach behind and in front the view of the water canal. I felt at home in the apartment . There was a beautiful luminost and it was very well-equipped. I will definitely return to Costa Nova. Thank you for everything Carlos.

8 of us had an amazing week at Ria Surf House. The pool area was perfect for us adults and kids! Mariana was very helpful and responsive. Fab meals at the snack bar and Casa das Enguias. We didn’t have a car but Mariana put us in touch with a lovely local taxi driver who ensured we could get around when not walking. Also took the train to Porto and Aveiro, great days out. The beach was amazing - a walk through a forest to get there - a wild and remote feel. Many thanks!

The couple of the farm was incredibly welcoming and nice. They baked two cakes for us during our stay, out of hospitality. In addition, they helped us with all our questions despite their somewhat flawed English. They also gave us free fresh bread from the bakery. The rooms in the house themselves were full of comforts and incredibly clean. The farm is also incredibly large, so there is no lack of space. I can recommend this Airbnb to everyone, we will definitely be back!

A piece of paradise. A beautiful location, tastfully decorated and a very kind and attentive host. Esmoriz and the surroundings are beautiful, I can highly recommend a stay here.

We had a lovely family get together with 6 of us and it was a perfect place for everyone to have some privacy but also lots of communal space to be together. We needed a car really but we had one so that was fine. There was parking by the house too which was great. The place is decorated very homely and was very clean. We enjoyed having the pool terrace area to relax in. There was good detail provided about the WiFi, house, rubbish, local supermarkets and facilities. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, spacious and very clean. Very kind owner. Located in rural area, on the edge of Ria Aveiro. Pleasant pedestrian and cycling trail 2 steps away. On the shoreline of the lagoon. The city of Aveiro and the ocean beaches 15 minutes' drive away. Really great house.
