Very nice location, where unfortunately we could only stay 1 night due to the forest fires. We would therefore like to come back to explore the entire area. The cottage is very nice and has everything. Also lovely seating around the house with a beautiful view of the river. Recommended!

Comfortable house, well-equipped kitchen, great game room for adults (also for children). Only the water for the bath in the case of 9 people did not warm enough for the last ones who bathed. Overall, it was a excellent time.

Old fishermen's house, as seen in the images, very well preserved, very lively environment by day but quiet at night. Surrounded by restaurants and a couple of markets where you can buy food. You can park very well on the street for free. Manuela is attentive to your doubts and needs, she left us fruit, bread, sweets and drink upon our arrival, very nice detail. Old kitchen but very well equipped, lots of cutlery and all the necessary appliances. A nice place to spend a few days relaxing, surfing or visiting nearby cities. I recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay here - very clean, good sized, central, with parking - perfect for a stay in the city with a family including a dog! Our kids loved the toys and play space set up in the house. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and having family meals. Jorge was so friendly and greeted us upon arrival. Perfect to explore the main sites of Aveiro to get to know the center of the city. Would absolutely recommend!

I loved the house of Gafanha, that's what we were looking for. It was days of rest, the neighborhood is very quiet, we like it a lot. Cristiana was very helpful and polite, giving clear and helpful information. I highly recommend it.

Célia and Antonio are lovely hosts. They were very thorough and extremely friendly. We got a detailed list with restaurant recommendations, cafes and even hidden gems nearby. The whole place is very secluded, peaceful and quiet. A perfect contrast to the bustling touristy hotspots of portugal. Make sure to visit the nearby hiking paths through the forest and the beaches.

Lovely place, really close to the beach and a lovely town. It's only short drive to Aveiro town which is also definitely worth a visit. Place was immaculate and the host was extremely helpful and kind.

Thank you very much for the nice time in your apartement. We felt real comfortable. It was real helpful for us that there is agood kitchen equipement, so we were abe to cook real good meal during our christmas time! There are lots of plates and glasses, - and a dishwasher😊Also the aircondition was very good and important, because the air is very wet in Aveiro ( in winter) . If we would come back to Aveiro, we would probably stay again here. The hosts are very friendly!

Ivo, our host was excellent. the apartment served our needs with no issues. never had an issue with street parking. We had great views of the river and ocean. Would definitely stay here again.

Joao has been very pleasant and collaborating. I'm waiting for us on arrival and helped us as needed. The area is very quiet very close to the beach and restaurants but also very quiet and familiar. Very close to Costa Nova and Aveiro. The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The bed for my taste hard although my husband loved it. Goes in tastes. A very pleasant stay. We would definitely repeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Hugo's unique and beautiful apartment. This was one of the most unique places we've ever stayed, and Hugo made sure we enjoyed every last bit of it. I would highly recommend!

Very spacious and spotlessly clean apartment! It was quiet inside, even though it was right next to the train station… We didn’t need to use a car as it was a 10 minute walk to the center of town… Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it!

Ana is wonderful host. She is caring and knowledgeable about her country and its food. She is kind and very helpful, the house is lovely and welcoming. She laid out a great breakfast for us everyday in the morning. The place is ideal if you seek peace and quiet, and is conveniently located between Aveiro city and its beaches. There are no public transport, but uber trips are really easy to book. Thank you Ana for a lovely stay.

The house was super cute, like the typical ones of that area. It was super central, with the beach a couple of meters away, and with everything you need nearby, restaurants, super, the market and a beautiful walk. The host is super nice, and easy to communicate with. Totally recommended.

We had some friends from abroad at Madalena's place and it was great! The house is very spacious and very well equipped for family holiday. It was very cold during the days we were there and we were very pleased because the house has a fireplace and two heaters. The garden completes the great lodging and the fruit trees we could harvest and eat was a bonus we didn't expect. Madalena is a super host, very friendly and helpful. She made herself available throughout the stay and we had no problem at all. Super recommend Madalena's house for those who want to spend a few days in the countryside of Portugal!

Very clean and tidy, shared kitchen with everything you need. It was quiet we had a great night's sleep. We tried the pool as well. All liux.
