Beautifully comfortable 3 bedroom house 9 km from Avila. Very nice view, good heating, welcoming reception. Too bad we could only stay there for one night.

Good communication, the photos are realistic with the house and the house is well equipped!!! In summary, we would definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic time here: a beautiful property in a beautiful location! Fantastic for groups who love hiking and nature, but also had everything we needed to cook some delicious meals with beautiful views. Susana was a very attentive host and we had everything we needed.

Stay to be repeated without a doubt. Cozy accommodation and in perfect condition. Quiet area and with different routes to be made easily accessible. A perfect place to disconnect. The host is attentive at all times and provided facilities during the accommodation.

The stay was unbeatable. Caridad gave us many good recommendations for activities in the village and the surrounding area, as well as restaurants and tascas nearby. By finding us in a nerve center, we were able to make a lot of visits (Salamanca, Toledo, Ávila, Medina del Campo, Arévalo, Segovia, Pedraza, etc.). Upon returning, the Casita del pajar waited us hot. A pleasure!

Angeles greeted us in person, showed us around giving all required information about the swimming pool, bbq, etc. she was very kind giving us a local pastry as a welcome gift. Angeles also checked if we were comfortable or needed something during our stay. Lovely family stay!

House main door on a side street (which leads up to the mountain) hence there's plenty of parking outside the house. Good space for family with children, both inside and outside. Well equipped for vacationing. Hosts super responsive. Some elements are dated (such as hot water needing some time to come on) but not a problem to our stay at all, as host was reachable via text or instant messages and replies given within minutes. Everything else is as described.

Great place to stay with family and friends. Sergio is a great host, too!

We can only say good things about this place. Jairo and Morelly were excellent hosts, they were understanding with us from the first moment (which we had to book in a rash way due to a problem with another place foreign to them) and they gave us all kinds of facilities to enjoy the stay in their home. The porch area, barbecue and pool is spectacular, with lots of shade areas that make the use and enjoy all of them very pleasant; for us the accommodation was perfect and just what we were looking for to disconnect for a weekend and spend time with friends. It is noticeable that it is a place that they are fond of and although it has unfinished areas, it does not interfere at all with the enjoyment of the house. Absolutely recommended, thank you so much for everything!

Fantastic accommodation, it is a great home for gatherings of friends. We spent the whole time in the outdoor area, which is super well prepared as a leisure area. We would repeat 100%. Walter made it very easy for us and was very attentive to everything we needed.

Since we made the reservation, Elena has been attentive to any questions you may have had. Very friendly, and everything from check-in to check-out time, perfect. The house is super clean and manicured. The paddle court in perfect condition. Everything was great. We will repeat for sure, Graciaass.

Everything is great! The house is spectacular and we were able to fit everyone. In principle there were 14 of us and we ended up being 19. They adapted smoothly to the change.
