Sandra was very kind to us, gave us precise directions and had great communication, the place is very close to the bus station approximately 7 min walking and 20-30 min walking from Salamanca Cathedral.

Humo is very friendly and helpful. I felt right at home. I will repeat when I come to Salamanca.

We stayed in Jesus' apartment for a weekend and the experience was very good. In fact, it allowed us to check in earlier than check in time, so it was great. The accommodation is not in the center, but walking you arrive in 15 minutes, it is very easy to get there. The pool is shared with other neighbors but there weren't many people so it was very nice. The house is just as shown in the photos, it is in perfect condition, the cleanliness was also excellent and if you like all the theme of super heroes and comics, you will love the house and its decoration. The development is very quiet and family friendly, it is true that there are not many shops around, but you can easily reach the center. The only thing but perhaps was that the GPS told us that the house was 200 meters up. But we called the person in charge and it helps us find it easily. I highly recommend the house. Regards.

The apartment is even better than the description, the comfortable beds, comfortable sofas, noises, the temperature of the house with 37 on the amazing street without the need for aa. There was no shortage of details, the three new bathrooms and especially if you're going with people with very limited mobility, it's super comfortable to have the bathroom and the room adapted, spacious spaces for the wheelchair... The development in a very quiet and beautiful place, and the pool is great too...we hope to be able to repeat

This is a beautiful and peaceful place in a lovely traditional village. I enjoyed my stay here for two nights with my dog. Mauricio sent me clear instructions on how to find his house and get in because he was out when I arrived. I felt right at home and had everything I needed. The garden is beautiful and has the most amazing view. Mauricio is a brilliant host - he is friendly, helpful and very understanding of my nervous rescue dog. Highly recommend, shame I wasn't there for longer.

The house was practically new and aesthetically very clean, very nice. Location seemed perfect for us. It is a very quiet village, next to a river, seeing fruit trees, horses from the window. Rosa María is very friendly, and welcomed us with a detail upon arrival (Thank you very much). For our rest plan it was perfect. We couldn't enjoy the terrace because it rained a lot, but it seemed frankly nice. El Barco de Avila is next door, and Rosa Maria recommended a countryside chiringuito (very close to the house) and glued to the river. In summer it is a ready area for bathing
