The contact with Sarah was straightforward and very friendly. The property has a very nice and central location, making all the attractive places of the old town within walking distance. Sarah was very flexible both at check-in and check-out. She even gave us the opportunity to leave later than originally planned. Thanks again for that 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at Tuccia's place. The apartment is in a perfect location for enjoying the nearby beach and visiting the surrounding area. The two terraces are a great place to enjoy a dinner in the sun or simply lounge outside. The kitchen is equipped exceptionally well for its size and is really useful for making a dinner occasionally. Finally, Tuccia and her husband Angelo are the kindest hosts we've met and really make this place stand out. We can only recommend a stay here and will surely be back when we're in Sicily again!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's flat, which is very comfortable, just as described and in a perfect location for relaxing in Sampieri and also visiting stunning towns of Scicli, Ragusa and Modica as well as other surroundings. It was not our first time to beautiful Sampieri and it won't be our last!

The location is great - right at the beach and very quiet. We enjoyed breakfast on the terrace with the sound of the waves. Massimo reacted very fast - we had a WiFi issue and he even organised a technician over the Easter weekend!

Great stay at Pierluigi’s place - the centre is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and the train station is a 20 minute walk. The apartment is very cosy, safe and feels more spacious than the photos look. We felt right at home and there are also two adorable cats that sleep outside the place which we loved seeing. The only downsides are the water pressure in the shower and the fact that the place is on the ground floor so you can hear everything/everyone through the front door which can be loud especially at night. Overall, if I was coming to Syracuse again, I would definitely stay here.

Great apartment in a very walkable location. Had everything we need. Also have to call out how incredible the amazing pillow setup is (there are many different kinds to choose from) -- better than even many 5 star hotels! Only knock would be the TV setup - but was not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend!

This apartment is very suitable for up to 4 people. There are two double beds, one accessible by steep stairs and in the same room as the other. Beautiful is the roof terrace, which is shared with other rental parties, but we almost always had to ourselves. The apartment is located in a small side street and therefore quite quiet. You can easily reach the many beautiful places on the island of Ortigia. The train station is 20 minutes to walk. Parking a car is much more tedious, the large parking spaces at the base of the island seemed to be overcrowded.

The flat is fantastic. We spent relaxing hours on the two magnificent roof terraces, listening to the calm and lively sounds of Siracusa, watching the seagulls and swallows and observing a nocturnal Etna eruption in the distance. For people with a sense of history, myth, culture and beauty, Oritigia is an almost inexhaustible place. And we were right in the centre of it. We hardly needed any support and Loreana on site responded immediately, even late in the evening.

We stayed here for five days and had a superb time. The apartment is in a great location, very close to the beach and lots of restaurants. It had very good air conditioning and good self catering facilities as well. We would definitely return!

This was a perfect location in Ortigia, on a characteristic narrow street but close to many shops including a small supermarket which was literally 30 mt away from the flat. But what really stood out for us was Carmelo’s availability and hospitality. We rented a car and got a fine because of a misunderstanding. Carmelo went personally to the local police station and managed to get it cancelled. He went well out of his way to help us. Unprecedented in our experience. Thank you so much!

This place is what I was looking for, very close to the beach (literally 20m) but still not far away from other hotspots such as Noto. It was very clean and well equipped. Also communication with the hosts has been perfect. The host helped me book a parking spot for the week right in front of the Appartment which was convenient.

Everything as per the description but one point worth noting. The internet access was outstanding. Basically 800 mb down and 300 mb down. Absolutely fantastic connection is you're having a working vacation and need access to video meetings and large files.

Originallyour group of 5 would like to book the larger apartment of Rudia but it wasn't available. So we came up using two smaller apartments which were fitted with all the necessities in a stylish way. The location of the complex was convenient to most sightseeing places in Modica, except that it was quite humid due to the geographical nature of Modica. The problem was eased out by the use of a dehumidifier. Rudia sent me all the related and information beforehand and they are useful for planning our daily schedule. She and her helper Liliana were very accommodative in letting us check in when we arrived earlier. It was a very pleasant stay and I recommend her apartment to other users.

Being a family of 3 (including a 2.5 year old), we really enjoyed Sara and Chiara's apartment which is clean, modern and quiet. It has everything you need for everyday life. To access the upstairs bedroom, you have to use the spiral staircase. It is very narrow but that doesn't bother us at all on a daily basis, or even our child. The bedroom is very large. We were also able to enjoy a cot and highchair free of charge. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator, which didn't bother us either. It is also in a great location and very central. All tourist points of interest, restaurants and supermarkets are about a 5-minute walk away. For parking, we opted for the Talete car park which is 7 minutes' walk away. We highly recommend this apartment!

The apartment is perfectly located in a walking distance (2-3 minutes) to everything you need in Noto, but it is on a very quiet street. The space is great for 2 people and has all the amenities required. Salvo is a fantastically responsive host and will make you feel right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic and enjoyable Sicilian experience! Thank you Alfredo!

Very nice setting, quiet, Roberto and Erik his son are very responsive and very kind. I would recommend this place for discovering Syracuse and its surroundings.

Just be careful with the communication about ancillary fees (linen and cleaning) that are not included in the rental rates. It was unclear to me when I rented this place. Otherwise the accommodation was great and well located!

Nice, big, clean comfortable home - great base location to tour Ortigia, Syracuse and surroundings from. We actually really liked staying above the market as it was fascinating watching the market go up each day and come alive. Spectacular location near the water with walking access to everything the city has to offer. Great restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops directly underneath the home.

Alverios place is in a great area. Very easy to walk to the island and explore Syracuse. American coffe maker was an added plus! Parking can be an issue at times.
