We had a lovely six days in this lovely secluded house. The city of Ispica is very close. We appreciated the quality, diversity and abundance of amenities, especially in the kitchen, to the point where we cooked all our evening meals. The contact with the owners was friendly and efficient. A great experience!

Great accommodation, a 5-minute walk from the center of Noto. In the house there is everything you need to feel good and enjoy the beauty of the place. Andrea was extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended

We loved our stay in Modica. Adriana's place is in easy walking distance of all the wonderful restaurants and charm that Modica has to offer. The view across the valley from the terrace is fantastic and even in the winter of February it was like a warm summer day when the sun came out. Easy to find and no trouble parking. Great value for the two of us!

We were lucky enough to meet Michela personally and have some great addresses with her. The apartment has a wonderful view and is located in the Jewish quarter of Modica , quiet and clean . I recommend it

If you want to enjoy your peace, this is the place to be! The place is a bit more secluded and the road to it is very rocky and narrow. There is a bay within walking distance. It is also quite nice, but we found other beaches more beautiful. All were within approx. 20 minutes by car. The apartment is relatively well equipped. The oven took some getting used to. Generally everything is kept very clean. After about 3 days Serafina came and changed our towels and gave us fresh eggs from her chickens again. The nicest thing was to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning or to relax in the chairs in the garden in the evening after a shower.🪴🌺 The air conditioning was good and important, as it is quite calm on site. The photos that Serafina published correspond 1:1 to reality. Thanks for the lovely stay😊

Giorgio’s house was exactly what we wanted for our Modica vacation. A touch of the Sicilian countryside not too far from town. It truly did become home for the time we were there. Cooking pizzas in the wood fire oven and daily soaks in the wellness center. We won’t soon forget this beautiful place. The amazing cherry on top was Giorgio’s amazing hospitality and desire to share his local favorites with us.

This was a lovely, serene location for my family. The patio, pool, lawn, and rocky beach were all great amenities for us to enjoy, and we felt very relaxed at this house. The inside of the house is compact, but the exterior is so spacious and lovely that we hardly spent a moment indoors anyway! Also the beds were very comfortable. If you are looking for a quiet spot to relax after visiting nearby baroque towns, this is a great pick - Ragusa and Modica are within a 30-minute drive, so we were able to visit and come back home quickly and easily.

THE GREATEST OF ALL TIMES We loved staying at Cesare and Cristiano's place. They made such beautiful renovation work, respecting the local architecture and local resources. The place is amazing for those who love nature and privacy. View from our villa to Noto to one side and to the sea on the other. Their property extends to a vast space and it is very well kept. Cesare and Cristiano are superb hosts, relaxed and easy going, always helpful. We felt in love with this place!

I stayed at Emma's place with my daughter, son-in-law and 2 young grandsons and it was the perfect place for a family! The villa is beautifully furnished and equipped for cooking all of the fresh vegetables and seafood you can purchase in the local farmer's market! The outdoor area comes with a great pool and an amazing view over the sea. We were there in February so it was too cold for the pool but it is beautiful to look out across the pool to the sea and we did have picnics by the pool. My grandsons had the entire outdoor surroundings to use as a playground and they had a wonderful time collecting snails and joining us for walks down the little lane at the bottom of the driveway. The house is close to Siracusa and Notta and we found a great spot called Cava d'Espica with an old water mill that is a "living" museum! We also loved exploring Old Town (centro historico) Modica The communication with Emma was easy and Saro the local housekeeper was very friendly.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jochen & Katia's place. The location is excellent, with several beautiful beaches & a supermarket all within a 15-minute drive. The nearby town of Pachino offers fantastic fish markets, cafes, and bakeries, & a 30-minute drive to Noto made for a wonderful day trip, even on a rainy day. The property is well-maintained, & the pool is a great feature. However, there were a couple of small issues that could improve the experience. The security lights in the rooms were quite sensitive, & any movement at night caused red and green flashing lights to disturb the darkness. It would be helpful if these could be covered or adjusted. Additionally, while the kitchen was generally well-equipped, a sharp knife would have been a useful addition. Lastly, our host Carla was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a comfortable and convenient stay, but with these minor tweaks, it could be even better.

Very good stay spent with the family at Corrado's whose welcome and good advice was much appreciated! The accommodation is very functional and includes a beautiful swimming pool as well as a beautiful garden which makes it very pleasant after visits... It is also very well located, close to the main points of interest in the south east of Sicily . Recommended address without hesitation!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Antonella's villa. The location is private but it is very easy to get to all the beautiful towns in the area and the beach. The views from the pool are amazing. Antonella is a wonderful host, so welcoming and friendly and very responsive. The villa has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool and hot tub are are fabulous and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day of sightseeing. We booked this place because of the wonderful reviews and were not disappointed. We had a wonderful week at Adele’s place. It’s very light and airy and extremely spacious for a couple. The gardens are very private and much bigger than we expected and the pool was superb for cooling off after a busy day sightseeing and certainly big enough to get some exercise too. Modica is well placed for exploring the baroque towns and we particularly enjoyed Ragusa/Ibla and Scicli. Adele was very discreet, not at all intrusive but there if we needed her. A few nights after we arrived she gifted us some local oranges which were the best we’ve ever tasted! A very genial host and a lovely property.

This is a fantastic location to see all that southern Sicily has to offer. We loved the house along with it's beautiful surroundings. Our host was on site and extremely responsive to our needs. Very helpful with local recommendations and we loved the fresh fruit and vegetables offered to us as guests grown right on the premises; a very nice benefit to staying with Gioacchino! We will visit again:)

We had a fantastic month at this cozy home in Scicli. Our stay was a perfect combination of vacation and remote work for two freelancers. The apartment was exactly as described, and although there are a few stairs to reach it, it was not a problem for us. Inside, we found all the necessary comforts and accessories, and even more. The kitchen was particularly well equipped, which made our home dinners more enjoyable. The internet connection, as we imagined because of the location, is not suitable for continuous use for work, but this did not ruin our overall experience at all. Ludovica and her husband, our hosts, were extremely helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Communicating with them was easy and enjoyable. We are grateful for the positive experience and will definitely be back in the future. Thank you so much!

There was a misunderstanding about the location of the house. But that is well resolved by Marisella and her husband. The house has all the comforts and very clean. The roof terrace has an amazing sea view and starry sky. The sandy beach is literally across the street. Beautifully clear water and in October it is a private beach. There are many sweet cats living around the house. Our daughter thought that was a very nice bonus. The house is very quietly located. You will need a car for groceries or restaurants. They're great hosts and quick to respond.

We very much enjoyed staying at this colorful place. Very interesting layout of the flat and just next to the beach which was a lovely experience to wake up to. Giuliana is very flexible and we highly recommend to stay at her place.

1 week stay for two adults and three children. The management of the rental is entrusted to an agency but we were able to be in contact with the owners from the days before our arrival. We find them to find them to find and be responsive. We thank them for their availability. The house is located a short walk to the beach. It's cozy with lots of amenities. The area is seaside and busy. We greatly appreciated the barbecue as well as the outdoor showers to cool off or wash the sand when returning from the sea. The inside of the house is air-conditioned, from the two main bedrooms, the third ( small room) can have a fan. The adjustment at the end of the stay included: sheets/towels+ cleaning + electricity+ tourist tax. (Important to know )

very kind host and very proactive mr. Giuseppe also brought us the eggs of his chickens, fruits and typical sweets upon arrival.

We stayed at the property for 4 nights. We arrived earlier than expected, but were immediately warmly welcomed. The place matched the pictures and description. The outdoor area was beautiful and invited for breakfast in the sun overlooking the sea. Only a few meters walk we could walk to the sea via an access 🌊 Simone directly gave us tips for things to do or regional specialties. He was always available and helpful.
