Vacation rentals with a patio in Avon

Great spot in the 11th arr. Plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store 1 minute away. Plenty of different shops as well, including boulangeries, fromageries, wine shops, and more. Also very close to a metro stop so we had good access to all of Paris. Lou’s home was definitely a home and not just a place to stay. We wanted to make sure to treat it with respect as it made us feel at home 4,000 miles away from our home.

We had a fantastic time in Paris. The place was lovely, homely, and exactly as described on the Airbnb site. It was perfectly located within walking distance of both the RER and Metro, making it easy to get around the city. One of the highlights was its proximity to the Eiffel Tower; we even walked there a couple of times! The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to prepare meals when we wanted. The host was responsive and made sure our stay was smooth and comfortable. Additionally, the location was close to shops and restaurants, giving us plenty of options for dining and exploring. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Paris. 🌟

This is an absolutely lovely place to stay. Is it indeed a peaceful haven – quiet, clean, with many amenities for a longer stay. As others have mentioned, it is very well located to the Robinson RER B train station for quick and easy access to Paris. In addition to good options for bakeries and grocery stores, there are beautiful parks nearby for those who enjoy long walks. Nathalie is a perfect host – welcoming, informative, and very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again.

What a gem! Truly French. Great location. Super convenient to sites, shopping and transportation. Really enjoyed the apartment. Plenty of space for the 2 of us. Loved it and recommend 100%.

A pretty little apartment with good metro connections. Unfortunately, it borders areas that you shouldn't visit alone at night, which aren't really pretty either. But we had no problems with it. The apartment itself has everything you need and the host team is very attentive and friendly. We got an immediate answer to every question and also a few nice tips. On New Year's Eve we found a tray with a flower arrangement, champagne, glasses and Champomy (for children) in the apartment. That was very sweet. Directly in the building is a LIDL which was very convenient. Everyone who has ever been to Paris by car and looked for a parking space there will appreciate the apartment's own parking space in a closed parking garage. From our side, this apartment gets a positive recommendation.

Great place to stay near metro stops and many nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Nasrin was very responsive to questions and made check in easy.

Monisha's place was great. It was accurately described, well stocked kitchen with utensils and really well located for exploring the forest. the bakery in the village was a short walk away with delicious bread and goodies. she went the extra mile with items for our baby, we are very grateful and would like to stay again.

A quality airbnb!! First of all we were impressed by the cleanliness and size of the accommodation!!! The bedding is great! The layout of the terrace guarantees you privacy!! You feel right at home right away!!! Philippe is available and the instructions are clear!! Highly recommended!!!

The apartment is located on the edge of the forest. It is quiet and very private. Nicolas responds very quickly to messages and gives good advice about the surrounding area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we felt very comfortable. Excursions in Paris are very easy. The train station is only 4'away. Fontainebleau can be reached on foot in about 30 minutes. We highly recommend this listing.

We had a great time, the house was full of games and entertainment for the whole family. The indoor and outdoor space were spacious and well thought out. Beautiful property and village. Baptiste and Marie Caroline were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed! Many thanks!

Family trip, with 2 children, cozy space for Paris standards in context with condominium playground. Close to multiple subway stops, so very well connected. Extremely kind and reliable host. Highly recommended

Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

We spent two days at Hélène's for the Rock en Seine festival, it's the perfect base: close to the metro, the neighborhood has all the amenities of many restaurants. The apartment is very quiet, Hélène is very attentive so that her guests don't miss anything. The bedding is comfortable. I would this property.

Enjoyed the stay at Manuella’s. An amazing apartment that is fully equipped. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return soon!

Wonderful! The apartment is as described and very comfortable (single mum, 2 kids 10&6). The apartment has everything you need. I ordered groceries via Uber eats as it was easier than dragging the kids out to the shops and that was very easy. Getting to Disney was 12 euros in a taxi, again you can do the bus but I wanted to save our legs for Disney! We went into Paris, again this was easy we took an uber to the Disney station (12 euro) and then the RER train. The instructions were really clear for check in and out and Lara was only a what’s app message away if I needed to ask anything. Overall a great experience and wouldn’t definitely come again.

It was such an amazing stay. Marie-Christine is a lovely, caring, friendly person, very easy going and has a great sense of humor! She made us feel very welcome. She even helped us with our bags and provided space to store our bikes. She reacted to all messages immediately. She also provided everything for our baby (chair, bed etc.), so I would say it is a very family friendly apartment ! It was super clean and had everything we needed (even two different types of irons - a normal and a steamed one 😅) . The area was also super nice to walk around. So I would recommend this apartment and this amazing host to everybody.

We loved this apartment for our family of 5. Very spacious, modern, and a pleasantly quiet location along with being close to so many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and weekend markets in the area. We wish we could have stayed another week!
