Monthly Rentals in Awas

I had visited with my family of 4 including myself. We are extremely satisfied with our stay at the property . The cleanliness is nothing short of "spick and span". Special shoutout to Preeti for her amazing hospitality.

We were a group of two families that stayed at Shibani's place. The property is very well located and is walkable distance from Awas beach. Shibani was very responsive and proactive in her communication and everything went really smoothly. The highlight of the stay was the pool and the lovely food prepared by the caretakers. Would definitely want to visit again :)

Always a pleasant experience staying at Dipti’s place. In fact, the house is even better looking in person! Caretaker durvesh is equally responsive . Loved the fact that the entire home is done so tastefully and is well- equipped with all the basic amenities . Location is perfect too!

Manoj’s place was a beautiful, artistic retreat just a 3-4 minute walk from the beach. The space was well-designed, clean, and cozy. Manoj was a great host—friendly, communicative, and gave great local tips.
