Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

My 67 m² accommodation for max. 3 guests is located directly in the village center of Götzens in a quiet side street. Innsbruck can be reached in 15 minutes by bus (stop only 2 minutes away). In the immediate vicinity are 2 ski areas: Axamer Lizum and Mutterer Alm! In summer it is perfect for hiking and biking with great refreshment stops! Close to a butcher, 2 bakeries and a supermarket. No pets allowed. 1 parking space (video surveillance!). Waste separation required.

Silence

The stylishly furnished accommodation is ideal for 2 people, such as those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. A separate kitchen allows independent cooking. In winter, the ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be reached by ski bus or after a 15-minute drive. In summer, the area is especially popular with mountain lovers for short to long hiking tours. Bus stop "Axams Apotheke/M-Preis" is 12 minutes away. Parking on request. Tourist tax per person/night is €3.

In the heart of the western low mountain range lies the picturesque Götzens. My place is centrally located in a quiet location. Innsbruck is a 15-minute bus or car ride away. Shopping and culture in the Alpine environment! In the immediate vicinity are 2 supermarkets, a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a doctor. There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Als wir vor vielen Jahren erstmals an diesem Ort mitten im Wanderparadies waren, ist es sofort um uns geschehen: der Geruch nach Naturwiese, die Ruhe des Waldes, Natur pur, die Ski- und Rodelpiste in unmittelbarere Nähe. Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet. The Götzner Bahn, Mutterer Alm and Axamer Lizum ski resorts are in the immediate vicinity and offer numerous recreational opportunities.
