It was such a smooth and lovely stay! The house was super cozy and had everything I needed, especially the kitchen which was packed with all kinds of utensils and equipment i needed, which made cooking so easy and convenient (a big win for a student like me!). The location was perfect, just a short walk to carşi for evening strolls, close to the bus stop, touristy spots, and even the seashore. Everything was super convenient, and overall the place was just really well thought out and totally worth it. What made it even better was the host. Super friendly, helpful, and really attentive. They even let us check in early since we had our suitcases with us, which we really appreciated. Overall, I’d love to come back again!

We stayed one night , the place matches the photos, clean and very quiet. We had a very nice welcome. We appreciated that there were shutters on the windows. However, the kitchen is not really equipped. There are not enough cutlery and pots and pans. But since we stayed just one night it was not a problem. I recommend it!

My husband is Turkish and knew this area well. The apartment is in a small block and is very peaceful and quiet area BUT only 2 minute walk to shops, restaurants and less than 10 minutes from Marina & Port areas. Lots of shops, chemists for all your needs within minutes of this clean spacious apartment. Kitchen well equipped incl.dish washer, fridge freezer, air fryer & 4 ring hob. Mustafa also supplied a large bottle of water that lasted us for the whole week.Very kind gesture! The double bedroom has balcony that gets sun for most of day. Balcony off sittingroom area has side view of marina area & overlooking large grass area. Washing machine worked well, clothes airer to dry washing & air con/ heat & cool unit in Sittingroom area. other bedroom with 2 single beds. All bedding nice quality & spare bedding in wardrobe. When we are back in Izmir we will come back to this place for sure.

The host was very caring and easy to communicate with. We had no problems with the house.

We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. We had a short but very enjoyable holiday and returned rested. Thank you Mr. Atilla

An amazing stay, right in the heart of the street markets of Kuşadası and only a few minutes by minibus/car for a cheap price to the beaches or beach clubs that are paid entry. Host is responsive immediately and ensured we had all we needed. We had a five year old child with us, in regards to the noise she slept perfectly fine was never bothered at all by the music. Neither were we, it wasn’t that bad for us I guess it depends on the person. Clean on arrival as well. Thank you very much for this perfect stay hope to see you again one day :)

Sheer beautiful facility perfect for kids

This Airbnb house we stayed in close to 3 weeks was really great! The house was spotless and very comfortable as in the photos. The location was perfect, very close to both public transport and the city's highlights by walking 15 minutes. The host was incredibly welcoming and very helpful with everything from the check in process. The house had everything we needed; the kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were comfortable and the sheets were spotless. The dining and working space was quite comfortable. We did not have any heating problems, everything was quite comfortable. In addition, the decor of the house was very enjoyable, we really felt at home. Overall, it was a great experience staying here and I would definitely like to come back. Great house and excellent host, would highly recommend!

Our host was very good and answered our questions right away. The house was clean and tidy as shown in the photos. We did not have any transportation problems.

Magnificent views of the port of Kusadasi. Great location in the old town with difficult access if you arrive by car. Hüsnü took care of this at all times competently, kindly and extremely helpful. The apartment is very clean, modernly renovated and well equipped. The neighbors are also very friendly and helpful.

It was a very comfortable place where we went as a family. The location was great, 5 minutes to the sea, the pool was clean, it was very nice, and it helped with all our problems, a very good friendly host, thank you for everything.

Ali is very friendly and he is very responsive. He knows where to explore and where to get good home cooked food. Even though no breakfast is provided in the listing, he gave us bread, cakes and oranges for breakfast each day. The place has great view and it is very cosy. When the remote control's battery is flat, Ali immediately send a couple over. He is very responsive to messages. The only downside is the Internet coming on and off, maybe it is the router problem but that's no big issue for us!

We had a great experience. 7 people had a very comfortable 2 weeks. You have everything you need at home. You don't even feel the need to go out except for shopping, it's so comfortable and like your own home. The pool and garden are cleaned daily. 1 house cleaning is done in 3 days, linens towels are changed. Even if you have a small problem, it will be resolved instantly. We would like to thank Ms. Burçin and Mr. Salih for their help and kindness, they were very helpful with everything. See you next year.

We (family of 4) stayed in the apartment for 5 days. A wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and helped us with everything. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area. I recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back!
