Great apartment at a great location with views of the sea and the mountain range, local shops and restaurants, but most importantly for us, being so close to the Korineum Golf course. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay here in the future. Our host Ferhat was very attentive and helpful. Thank you Ferhat.

Really nice apartment with nice tea kitchen, which contained the most necessary. 2 really nice bathrooms and 2 nice rooms. The apartment was clean, neat and really nice. The balcony is in good shape with the sun, but I could wish for a table and chairs out there so you could eat there and have a good time at night. The pool area is mega delicious! That's really cool! Despite being there in high season, there was always space and not many! It was so delicious! Walking distance to shop and delicious restaurants. Easy drive to Nissi Beach and Fig Tree Bay (delicious beaches though with a lot of people). 2 tiny little things - there is only 1 single towel per person. It's not enough when you're by the pool, the beach and want to go swimming at night too. And the beds are a little hard for our taste. We'd love to come again 👍🏻

We had a wonderful holiday at Tony’s villa. It’ beautiful, comfortable, very clean and well-equipped. The villa has no direct neighbours which gives you calm and privacy. Very quite the surrounding but close to supermarkets and beaches, and to Girne. The pool is superb. We already miss watching the stars from the big upper terrace. Thank you Tony for a great holiday! We hope we come again.

Place was lovely,exactly as pictured. Good location, supermarket straight across the road and close to all shops/restaurants,all within 5 min walk. Had all equipment you would need for your stay ie hairdryer,iron, washing machine,kettle coffee machine etc Great place to go and enjoy a nice relaxing holiday or busy if you want to make it,plenty to do in area. Will defo be back in future

Everything about the villa was great. From the location to the actual villa itself. The hosts were very helpful and their response time was also always very swift, they made sure I had all the information I needed before my arrival. They also sent us a link to an app for the villa we could download, which covered everything we needed to know from the accommodation to the different pubs/restaurants in the area. Thanks Xenios!

We had an absolutely wonderful 16-day stay at this fantastic accommodation in Cyprus with our two children. The place was perfect for a family – spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was excellently equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable for us during our stay. The host was incredibly friendly and always responded very quickly to any questions we had – truly outstanding hospitality. We had a completely relaxing and carefree time here, and we can recommend this place without hesitation.

Cozy, not far from the beach (about 5 min with 2 small children) and from town (about 15 min walk). Disco for the children and musical evenings we could visit in the adjacent hotel. Bequim for the families with the kids. Lots of walking. Everything was great!

Our family stayed in this house for ten days . There were questions about cleanliness at check-in. After communicating with Jeanette, they learned that she changed the cleaning company, and the company did not treat its work in good faith . All issues were resolved and nothing else overshadowed our stay . Quiet , stylish place. The apartment , especially in the kitchen, has everything and even more . The swimming pool has a swimming pool . However, in the evening, we saw how local dogs were splashing there. The territory is green and well maintained . The beach is in 5 minutes walk , equipped with sunbeds and shower . This bay is very shallow , good with small children , not quite comfortable for an adult. A wonderful turtle beach with clean and warm water is 20 minutes away. And if you are lucky on it, you can watch volunteers at 20 00 release small turtles into the sea . The store is a kilometer from the house , you can easily walk . The supermarket offers all the groceries . I want to say thank you to the hostess for everything .

What a lovely apartment, with a fantastic host, has all the home from home feels that you want and the complex is amazing with 3 pools, gym and coffee shop. We felt like we were at home, so safe and relaxed, with all the extra touches and amenities like pool/beach towels that really make a difference. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone, couples or families, we were able to use the HDMI cable to plug in my sons game console and the WiFi was strong so my teenage daughter was happy but more than that we were able to have a relaxing holiday. I even had some quiet time around the adult pool as our balcony looks over it, I also loved that there is a tree in front of the balcony that serves as privacy and a shade at times from the sun perfect for reading a book or enjoying a family meal. We were so settled we didn’t want to leave.

I hired this apartment for a week with my son and husband over Easter break and it was perfect for what we needed. We travel to Cyprus in the summer every year and stay in long beach but on this occasion we wanted to stay in Gazimagusa. We know the area well and wanted to be in walking distance of shops and the tourist attractions. The location is perfect. With so much culture and historical buildings, we knew we would not be disappointed. There is parking is available outside the building and we always found space. The rooms are exactly as you see in the images. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. We felt at home and was able to relax. Shower is powerful with hot water. I never cooked but you have all that you need in this modern kitchen. Our hosts were excellent and could not do enough to help us. I would highly recommend this property.

Had a great two weeks in Dominika's apartment. It's just two minutes walk from UCLAN cyprus which is where my daughter is studying and who we were visiting. Pyla is a small village but we hired a car and visited Aiya Napa, Protoras, Lefkara, Limosol and Nicosia. The pool is lovely. It's a very quiet location. The balcony is a sun trap. Comfey beds and welll equipped apartments. The Happy Nest is a lovely local place to eat.

The house was very beautiful and the most important detail was clean. The fact that it was 10 minutes away from the airport was also easy for transportation. Mr. Cemil immediately returned to our messages and was interested, thank you.
