The place Our house is 12-15 min away by walking to the center of Ayvalik. You can reach the center by taking a pleasant walk through the historical streets of Ayvalik. It is 15 minutes away from Cunda Island and Sarımsaklı beaches by car. There is easier parking place than the center of Ayvalik in our location. Our house has 1 bedroom, 1 double bed and an L armchair that can be opened in the living room. However, it can accommodate up to 4 people. If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family.

10 minutes walking distance to Ayvalik Square, you can reach Cundaya Sarimsakliya in 10/15 minutes by car. Lovely 3-story stone Greek house with garden and magnificent sea views. ground floor kitchen . living gr. toilet middle floor 1 single bed 1 double bed, wardrobe, bathroom, toilet upper floor, terrace seating group with magnificent sea view, 1 double bed and armchair. There is a lemon and olive tree in the garden. Cleaning is very important. You can go with your car in front of the house, but you can park on the upper street.

All rooms receive light and sea views. Upon request, a parking baby bed and a pull-out single bed are provided. It is 450 meters away from the famous İğdeli beach, but close to all other beaches.
