Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Azerat

a small mattress topper on the fold-out sofa in the living room for comfortable sleeping and a hook to hang the towels would be welcome🤪 for me which would make this pretty little nest more than perfect 😍otherwise nothing to complain about Benjamin was very available and responsive and caring....The super pretty and well arranged accommodation with a view of the roofs is very inspiring so it's a well-deserved 5/5....we recommend +++

We had a lovely stay with the family, the accommodation was not only very beautiful but also very well equipped, quality bedding, kitchen side amenities too. One of the best vacation homes for us, for sure!

Exceptional place: spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, extremely well equipped, in a great location minutes from town center on foot. We highly recommend!! If you have a car, the parking is very good but not super close. If you have a lot of luggage or groceries, there is a no-parking zone in front of the building where you can pull over enough for cars to get by and quickly load or unload your car. To enter the parking structure, you have to use a keypad which is not located for use by the driver, so you either need a second person or you need to get out of your car. Again, there is enough space at the intersection of rue Fournier Sarlovèze and rue Louis Mie to pull over enough for cars to get by and quickly get out of your car and use the keypad. If you plan to do laundry, be aware that use of the washer and dryer is not allowed before 0900 or after 1900, so you may have to adjust your schedule. Also, the laundry room is adjacent to the apartment, not inside….

Everything was great with the accommodation. The location is good, right in the center of Montpon-Ménestérol, making it easy to explore everything.

This is my second time coming to Ludovic's and like the first, a year ago, I was very satisfied.

One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

A perfect position, a few minutes walk from the historic centre, and easy to come and go from. The home was comfortable with all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay. We did not meet our hosts, but they were very helpful in sending recommendations for sites and restaurants in the area and very quick to respond to our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend this place as a perfect base for a stay in the Dordogne area.

Another wonderful stay at the Palais! I absolutely love this flat. It is the best place to stay in Périgueux, and my hosts Sophie and Ariane are warm, friendly, sport responsive and just lovely people.

Had a wonderful stay, within walking distance of Sarlat. Clean comfortable and well equipped apartment, maggie always on hand for information. All English channels on TV. Lovely small balcony to have breakfast, which smelt beautifully from the jasmine, Wine in the fridge on arrival very much appreciated. All in all a fab apartment which I would recommend.

We had a lovely four night stay in Cahor at Josy's flat. The location was great for both walking into the old town (the Cahor Wed & Sat market is much better than Sarlat) and for driving out into the countryside to explore the Lot region. While we chose this for the private parking, the flat was large, well-equipped, quiet, and very comfortable. It was a treat to have a clothes dryer as well as a washer. Josy was a helpful host who we enjoyed meeting. No hesitation in recommending this place!

The accommodation is true to the photos and description. The location was better than we expected. The terrace overlooking the garden is beautiful! Beautiful surroundings!

We really enjoyed the stay, the accommodation is as described and the setting is idyllic. Local consumption is offered for sale at an honest price. Special mention to the adorable well educated doggies. At the next stay in Corrèze, we will be coming back.
