Recovered house ( old winery), integrated in a farm with 5,000 m2, with a wide variety of citrus fruits and other crops. Great garden with sea and mountain views. It has a very spacious social area, ideal for families and groups of friends, where there is a snooker table. Very close to several beaches and the center of Vila Franca do Campo. There are several trails starting in the vicinity of the house. Located on the south coast of São Miguel Island, with easy access to Ponta Delgada.

We live in Vila Franca do Campo for more than 30 years and we think this is the perfect town in the island to spend some relaxing holidays. Casa das Dias is a 1-bedroom house located in the historical center of Vila Franca, right in front of the sea with an outsanding view to the Atlantlic Ocean and Ilhéu, a volcanic islet known among the villagers as the Princess Ring.
