Great place that is close to the metro and bars/restaurants. Very clean and nice. Maria was helpful, flexible, and responsive.

Super good location close to downtown Boston, to the airport and halfway to other places where I could visit family and friends. The host was always quick to respond!

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

We were in Boston for our son’s college graduation nearby. Perfect location and totally walkable. Parking was private and off street I would say if you don’t like a busy neighborhood and sirens this isn’t for you becuz it’s in the Mecca of Bostons hospitals and colleges. but this is the epitome of city life! Only criticism I would say is, as clean and cute the apartment was, the windows and lighting fixtures need occasional dusting. Ken the host was amazing. We would highly consider for next year when our son gets his Masters degree!

Well-equipped, clean, well maintained. A very quiet neighborhood. Not near major attractions, but if you have a reason to be in this part of the Boston suburbs (as we had), then I highly recommend Craig's place. The description rightly described the available parking space as "very small." That is accurate; a pickup-sized vehicle would probably not fit. But our midsized SUV was able to squeeze in.

The condo was very clean with beautiful windows that allowed a lot of sunshine. The check in and out process was simple and the parking is easy and free. The location is good for connections to bus, train, and easy access to highway systems if you have a car. The towels, sheets, dishes, etc, were of excellent quality . The communication was excellent.

What a fantastic spot in a great area. Kevin couldn't have been a better host, so good on communication. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, very spacious with every amenity provided. The area of Allston is beautiful, clean and safe, two big grocery shops close by, lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants close aswell. Train station is only 10 minute walk, make sure and check the times of these as not as frequent as the T as this is a commuter rail. There are plenty of bus options aswell that will get you to downtown. All in all one of the nicest places I've stayed and really made our trip to Boston perfect 👌. Thanks for everything Kevin.

There isn’t enough I can say about this Home and the host. Absolutely attentive and the place was perfect for me and my family. When we come back to Boston again, we would definitely look to see if this property is available. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience.

We had a lovely long weekend at Natasha's gorgeous home. Spotlessly clean, with modern upgrades and appliances. The layout is a bit unusual as the house has been renovated and split into at least 2 units. Located on main road into Swampscott, with a view of the ocean (across the road) out the front windows--very beautiful even in the middle of winter! We had snow 2 out of 3 nights, and on the first of these there was a gentleman outside shoveling the driveway and back steps around noon. But by our check out time (noon) on Monday, nobody had cleared the snow. Got our car out ok, and we cleared off the back steps so we could bring our luggage out. There was conflicting info between the listing and what we were told by the owner re check-in and check out times--we messaged owner (twice) to clarify check out time and never heard back from her, so called her on check out morning--she apologized and honored the original listing. Info in owner's instruction booklet at house needs updating.

We found the perfect spot to visit Trillium for the Boston Hot Sauce Party! The guys from Full Slice Podcast and Table Top Trio say thank you and hope to come back next year!

What an absolutely lovely home that our family was thrilled to stay at! Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Close to everything!! Certainly a 5 star stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay as the place was very clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like toiletries and a stocked kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient. Additionally, its close proximity to Boston made it a fantastic location for exploring the city. The host was also very nice and responsive. We highly recommend it!

We had a great weekend in Boston with friends. The house was convenient to T and made it easy to get downtown. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 7. Thank you for the coffee set up and the bottled water

Kateryna was very responsive at any time I texted her. She was nice and flexible and agreed to do a later checkout for us. Her place was worth the money and was exactly what I needed. Kitchen , bathroom and bedrooms all were super functional and clean. We were able to find all the supplies we needed for food and even board games! Definitely recommend this place for anyone as it’s drivable to down town and the beach.

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

The spot was super clean and had everything you needed, the location of it was great, and Griffin was a responsive and helpful host.

Our family really enjoyed our long weekend at Donald’s place. The location is great, right in the middle of Marblehead, walkable to old town and the various shops and restaurants that dot the area— a great base for visiting friends and family on the north shore. We’ll definitely look to stay here again if available the next time we’re in the area.

Amy was an amazing host for our family! She was super responsive and accommodating. Her place is right in the heart of downtown Boston, so there were tons of fun things to do and see. The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit Boston next time!

My little group had a wonderful stay at Tristan’s property. The space was well maintained and comfortable, and it was close to the attractions we wanted to see. Tristan was a great communicator - proactive and very responsive. Amazing stay!

5 STAR+ rental. We loved this rental. It is exactly what we look for in rental space. Clean, updated (while retaining character), close to all sorts of activities and historical sites, washer/dryer, quiet, off street parking. Solid wood floors throughout, tile floor in bathrooms. Bathrooms (2 Full) had soap, shampoo and conditioner, towels TP. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Plenty of plates, cups, glasses, pots, baking sheets, pyrex. Solid surface counters. We ran the dishwasher once in the five days we were there. Kitchen table was comfortable for eating and playing games( look in the closet). Keurig for coffee, (pods provided). Snack basket had varieties of items we ate between meals. The living space was comfortable with couch and chair, with tables nearby. Bedrooms were comfortable. Beds were comfortable. there is a desk in the twin bedroom. Instruction book filled with recommendations and local information. Owner provided cell #. Would stay again 100%. 5 STAR

Our stay was very comfortable in this warmth, clean, beautiful home with a comfy bed with all the amenities given. Bright and cheerful modern unit with a beautifully appointed kitchen. Convenient parking right behind the house. FYI-Bus 120 picks up around the corner to go to the T station or it's a 15 minute walk to the Wood Island T blue line subway.

My wife, in-laws, and I had a great stay at Jacob and Isabella’s place. They were helpful in figuring out what to do with our luggage before check-in time and were very responsive. The place is accurately represented by the description and photos. It’s close to the airport (walking distance) and about 12 minutes from a metro station. We would stay here again when we come back to Boston.
