We had a fabulous stay in Edward’s apartment - we saw some stunning sunrises! The area felt very safe and was within a short walk to the T (train/subway) to get into Boston. We were there for the Boston Marathon and getting into Boston and back again on public transport was very straightforward. Edward went out of his way to help us and we are very grateful to him. It was lovely to come back to amazing views after a busy day sightseeing (or running!!). Thank you for hosting us!

Super good location close to downtown Boston, to the airport and halfway to other places where I could visit family and friends. The host was always quick to respond!

This apartment is a great find! The location is perfect, not far from Boston, near every colleges for those who come visiting! This apartment building is indeed very new, built in 2021; but also blended in with history, the leasing office/lobby was converted from an old day chapel, pristine, elegant. Very unique Airbnb experience indeed. The small town is full of vibe with various kinds of cuisines, very good for families, young or old. Melissa, the host is super, giving us very detailed information and instructions from parking to checking in, every tiny details she thoughtfully considered. We couldn’t be happier to stay in this apartment. Highly recommended!

Stayed for just one night but honestly wished I had more time here. Daryl’s place was spotless and so cozy—it immediately felt like home. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the space was super clean and comfortable. Definitely recommending this spot to anyone headed to Boston. Would 100% stay here again!

Regina was very responsive and patient with my many questions and comments re: parking, check in, air freshener/odor from the previous tenants, and more. My son and I stayed 4 nights and played at the park across the street almost every day. The (LEED certified) building was clean and quiet. Entry instructions were easy to follow. Saturday night street noise in late April was minimal. Nighttime street light was fine. The shower water pressure was "eco-friendly," but plenty hot. We found free parking 1 block away for all 4 nights. The neighborhood felt safe. We walked to the Kendall Sq. T station, Science Museum, riverwalk and several restaurants. Note: If you need a Charlie ticket/card, only one of the Kendall Sq. station entrances has ticket vending—don't give up! There is an amazing ice cream place a couple blocks away, (Toscanini's). We sampled nearby bakeries (Tatte, Boulangerie, Bakey), and highly recommend Bakey for any of the babkas or "broissants." We'd love to return.

We had a good stay in Somerville. It's close to the T for easy transport into Boston, and Harvard was a 20 min walk away. The facilities in the flat were as described with a very useful dishwasher and washing machine and dryer available. The kitchen was well equipped with a good oven, coffee machine, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster. Plenty of space in the living room, and both bedrooms were a good size. The house guide had useful tips on food shops, restaurants, and local things to do. We'd recommend the flat for a good base to explore Boston and the local area.

What a fantastic spot in a great area. Kevin couldn't have been a better host, so good on communication. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless, very spacious with every amenity provided. The area of Allston is beautiful, clean and safe, two big grocery shops close by, lots of nice coffee shops and restaurants close aswell. Train station is only 10 minute walk, make sure and check the times of these as not as frequent as the T as this is a commuter rail. There are plenty of bus options aswell that will get you to downtown. All in all one of the nicest places I've stayed and really made our trip to Boston perfect 👌. Thanks for everything Kevin.

This was an excellent experience. The house was SPOTLESS. Super clean, newly updated, and just as described. Close to the airport and downtown Boston. Javier was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful and spacious home with New England charm and in a great location. The house looks exactly as pictured and was spotless. The rooms were well appointed with lots of space to sit and relax. It’s perfect for visiting this beautiful area of MA. Michael is a responsive and helpful host and very considerate of his guests. We would absolutely stay again and can highly recommend this home for your stay. Five star all the way.

Really lovely spot. Very quaint and there were lots of small items in the room like extra toothpaste and Advil etc that were very helpful and nice to have !

We had a great weekend in Boston with friends. The house was convenient to T and made it easy to get downtown. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 7. Thank you for the coffee set up and the bottled water

Kateryna was very responsive at any time I texted her. She was nice and flexible and agreed to do a later checkout for us. Her place was worth the money and was exactly what I needed. Kitchen , bathroom and bedrooms all were super functional and clean. We were able to find all the supplies we needed for food and even board games! Definitely recommend this place for anyone as it’s drivable to down town and the beach.

Great stay: - Easy check-in/access — we arrived very late at night and entry was well lit and straightforward - House was cozy with effective and responsive heating (we stayed during cold weather, so this was a big deal) - Clean house, comfy beds, variety of pillows (soft to v hard) - Easy check-out with zero weird instructions/requests - Host super communicative for basic Q&A I’d book again! Excellent experience. Easy check in and the place was perfect, she even had some snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Easy walk to the ferry into Boston, and easy parking. It was winter, but there were plenty of outdoor activities so we'd love to come back during the summer. Older house but so charming and great location. Overall great communication before, during, and after; she even offered to ship a shoe my niece left behind to us. Would love to come back and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Hull.

We selected Tim's place discovering it was only 15 minutes away from the hospital our daughter would be in for a week. High on our list was off-road parking, full kitchen, clean bathroom and looked like we would feel at home after spending day at the hospital. Tim's home was all of that plus more. It looked exactly like the posted pictures. We instantly felt relaxed when walking in at the end of the day. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Tim for a great experience!

Amy was an amazing host for our family! She was super responsive and accommodating. Her place is right in the heart of downtown Boston, so there were tons of fun things to do and see. The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit Boston next time!

This Airbnb is truly a gem. The location is perfect, you can walk basically anywhere, metro around the corner. The apartment standard are crazy high, probably one of the best Airbnb we’ve been to.

Loved our time in Boston. The place was perfect. Great location, very comfortable, clean, quiet and had everything we needed. Philip was very responsive. We loved the area! Very walkable with lots of amazing restaurants, shops and coffee options.

We had a great stay again. I knew this house from then and didn't look at another place because they knew this was fine. In terms of house, host, communication and starting point for Boston.

Bright and cheerful modern unit with a beautifully appointed kitchen. Convenient parking right behind the house. FYI-Bus 120 picks up around the corner to go to the T station or it's a 15 minute walk to the Wood Island T blue line subway.

My wife, in-laws, and I had a great stay at Jacob and Isabella’s place. They were helpful in figuring out what to do with our luggage before check-in time and were very responsive. The place is accurately represented by the description and photos. It’s close to the airport (walking distance) and about 12 minutes from a metro station. We would stay here again when we come back to Boston.

Great place that looks as pictured, with large windows, personality, and lots of open space. Location in Chinatown worked great as a home base to explore Boston and had easy access to the T. Was well appointed with a nice kitchen for preparing meals.
