Smoking-friendly vacation rentals in Bacvice Beach

Luka is an amazing host! He met us outside in the parking lot and showed us how to get to the garage and into the apartment. He was very responsive with any questions that came up. The apartment was very clean and we appreciated the drinks and snacks provided by the host. We had a rental car and at first thought we were going to have to drive to Old Town but it ended up only being a 20-minute walk which we really enjoyed, and then we took an inexpensive Uber back. Note that we discovered taxis cost three times the amount of Ubers in Croatia so we avoided the taxis. Busy downtown neighborhood but nice and quiet at night and close walking distance to restaurants and groceries. Would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

We have traveled all over Europe, but always opted for hotels, this was our first time abroad using Airbnb. We loved the freedom this gave us, the ease and comfort knowing you are dealing with people in person. The hosts are wonderful

We stayed 2 weeks in the beautiful, small apartment and felt very comfortable. Definitely worth highlighting is the great large terrace overlooking the Mall of Split. In the immediate vicinity there is a supermarket, a small bakery and a pizzeria. A school and a church are also neighbors. 😉 The bus stop to go to Split, for example, is within walking distance - so all in all a clear recommendation. Bozana is very caring, helpful and responds immediately. Thanks again to the father, who provided us with grapes, among other things 😀

Danica was an amazing and welcoming host that cared about every part of my stay! The room was very clean and it was a great location in the middle of old town (though beware of the noise). I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again if I were in Split!

We had a fantastic time at this house. It's a 45-minute walk from the center, so that's a lot. You can catch the bus for 2.5 pp or an uber van from 12 euros total. Was great. 5 minutes away is a large supermarket. Really everything that was described was present. There are occasional minor flaws, such as 2 showers that didn't work well with us, but the next day he came right away to make it. When we arrived, there were also some welcome drinks and snacks in the fridge. He had also brought a bottle of booze, a cake and a card for a birthday girl. Super sweet all.

Great location, and Ante was very helpful. The place is ideal for a family as both bedrooms are on the same level, and everything is well organised and clean and tidy. Perfect for a night in Split before catching the ferry.

By far the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Nikolina and Josko were so kind, even bringing us food when it was Croatian Labor Day and we couldn’t anything. The location was amazing - a short walk from the main road around Marjan Hill. If you can manage a few stairs, you can explore the whole park and local beaches. Easily driveable, and not far from the Split riverfront. If I could give it 6 stars or more I would. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Croatia!!

We absolutely loved staying in Ivana and Toni’s Air bnb. The town of Splitska is beautiful and the view from the balcony is stunning. The location is perfect and the hosts were so helpful and friendly. I would 100% recommend this accommodation and we are hoping to return in the future.

I am grateful I had a chance to stay here with my mother. The owners are incredibly kind and warm people who welcomed us with aperitivo and home made cake. Delicious, thank you Ankica. Everything was well explained and flexible check in was offered by them. The apartment felt like home with all the amenities and appliances. You literally do not need to bring the beach towel; the apartment has towels, bed sheets, additional duvet, blankets and washing machine so you wash something if needed. I have to give compliments regarding cleaning which was immaculate. The best part of the apartment is terrace with breathtaking panoramic view over Stomorska. You can enjoy the sunrise every morning with your coffee or tea and every day is different.. However in the evening you can relax there and listen to the waves. We had a great stay, we liked Stomorska and since we felt like home we are looking forward to come back again. We are grateful the owners made our stay even more welcoming, thank you 🙏

Wonderful stay right by the sea! We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We received a very warm welcome on arrival. We immediately felt welcome. Dado, the father of the family, greeted us with a culinary surprise and let us taste his incredibly good olive oil. The location is truly unique: right by the water, with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the house's separated terrace on the other side of the street. We always had breakfast and dinner there. A few steps lead directly down to the rocky jetty, from where you can swim in the crystal-clear sea. The bay of Stomorska is just a five-minute walk away. The village is really pretty, had a small well-stocked supermarket (with fresh bread/rolls) open in mid-April and a nice little cafe/bar. We really enjoyed our stay as a family, it was a great vacation for us in a very special location and with a very nice landlord. We can only warmly recommend the stay!

Thanks for this lovely vacation! The house was perfect! The air conditioning is a dream! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, perfect! We enjoyed the ripe figs from the garden! The beach with crystal clear water is a 2-minute walk away! It was great that the property was completely fenced because we had our dog with us! Communication with Vlasta and her son went very well, she always responded very quickly! I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay with our two kids.Very clean, peacefull place. It is located near airport with lots of stores in walking distance. Hosts are very friendly and helpfull, even took us to airport next morning at 5am. Thank you for a lovely stay ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Split. The location is super convenient, being close to the airport and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. It's just a 20-minute Bolt or Uber ride from the bustling Old Town, which allowed us to easily explore the historic center and then retreat to the peace and quiet of the house afterward. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house itself was fantastic—exactly as described, with all the amenities you could want. It was the perfect base for our trip!

Amazing accommodation.

Mirela is a great host. Always responsive and flexible with the check-in. AC was broken and her husband called the repair man and that was fixed within 30mins. The place with the huge terrace is amazing with a mini view of the sea. It's just a few mins away front the beach and the price is unbeatable. We'd definitely come back and recommend it!

Ante and Linda's place felt like a home away from home. They are both friendly, fantastic and very accomodating hosts, the apartment is very good, short walk from the old town, and in a nice neighbourhood with a lovely sight of the sea. We will be recommending this place to our friends and would 100% it recommend to people reading this review.

I recommend a very nice apartment, good contact with the host, it was a great vacation

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.
