Due to its location, the apartment offers the perfect starting point for unforgettable excursions to the mountains, to Munich or Salzburg or for a relaxing day on the huge balcony terrace with a breathtaking alpine panorama from the spray to the Kampenwand!

The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
