Description Ground Floor The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. groundfloor is 1 sleepingroom for 2 people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. First Floor The first floor is home to 4bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. if you will be 14 people, its possible but please notice that the extra sofa will be on the floor where all 4 sleepingrooms are. the villa is perfect for 10-12. but if you want we arrange 14 too. notive 2 bathrooms with 2 toiletts. Yard The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 of green, with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. A 4x8m private pool with an outdoor shower and sun loungers, a beautiful terrace with a barbecue, outdoor furnishings for a relaxed dinner among the stars, and a play area with swings and mud kitchens are what vacation dreams are made of. Give the traditional bread baking oven a try with a loaf or two, and do feel free to reach out if you’d like some help from our bread baking maestra Kati. And no worries – no one will be watching, other than a few grazing cows in the nearby fields. Feel truly at peace in our secluded location, surrounded by the mountain ranges of Salzburg. A short 15-minute drive will take you to the city of Salzburg and the airport, 30 minutes to the beautiful region Salzkammergut, boasting the idyllic lakes Fuschl- and Wolfgangsee. Our luxury vacation home is also the ideal place for your furry friends - with several lanes and paths to explore right from your doorstep, you’ll be spoilt for choice on your daily walks.

Vacation bliss for sightseeing and nature adventures! This quiet 2-bedroom apartment is located in a former hotel on the outskirts of Bad Goisern, in the Salzkammergut region. Hallstadt (13 km), Bad Ischl (11 km), Bad Aussee, St. Wolfgang, etc., are all easily accessible. Ideally with a car! Lots of great hiking/biking trails! Close to winter sports areas! There is one living room/bedroom with a kitchenette and a second room, a balcony, a toilet, a bathroom, and a TV. In the town of Bad Goisern, there are restaurants, supermarkets, shops, etc.

Luxury Appartement in the alps 2-5 people

Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 3,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

The fully equipped apartment is located in the four-star Vitalhotel in the pleasant mountain town of Gosau, in one of the most beautiful areas of the Alps - in the Salt Chamber (Salzkammergut). Our 50m2 apartment, available 3+kk for up to 5 people, has everything you need for a satisfying stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, wellness (sauna and pool) and fitness included in the price of accommodation. Great place to stay in any season. It is especially suitable for families with children.

The newly built studio in our farmhouse offers everything for a relaxing holiday and is modernly equipped with everything you need for a vacation. You can put together your own breakfast from fresh products directly on site. The products are optionally available and not included in the price. From May 2025, there is a sauna in the garden as well as a hot tub with wonderful views of the mountains. Sun loungers and seating invite you to linger in the garden.
