The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Furnished apartment about 89 m² (holiday apartment) in a quiet, green location. The apartment is located in the annex with ground floor/attic. The bathroom and toilet are located on the ground floor. Living/sleeping area and kitchen in the attic. Not barrier-free. This is a non-smoking apartment. No animals allowed. Many destinations in the surrounding area. A baby crib and highchair are available. Guests have access to the garden with seating area, also suitable for smoking. The sandpit can be used in the garden.

The accommodation is located in the historic city centre. In 5 minutes, you can reach the tram stop and shops for your daily needs, as well as pizza delivery services. You can find free parking not far from the accommodation (about 1 minute) The highway is less than 5 minutes away. So it's ideal for a short break before continuing your journey. Often the house is not bookable, even though it is actually available. So feel free to ask if it has to be spontaneous or if you'd like to stay longer.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

On the ground floor, a farmer's kitchen invites you to cook. The courtyard can be used freely, a terrace invites you to relax.

The couch can be converted into a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th guest into a sofa bed. The kitchen offers a rich equipment, here you can cook relaxed.
