Zusätzlich befindet sich auf dem Hof in der ausgebauten Scheune noch ein Apartment für zwei Erwachsene und ein Kind . In diesem befindet sich auch noch eine Sauna die gemeinsam genutzt werden kann.( Falls nicht an eine andere Person vermietet) Ab 8 Personen ist das Apartment mit Sauna immer inkl.) Gegen eine kleine Gebühr können auch Räder geliehen werden. I

You can enjoy the expansive views of the greenery either on the sofa or on the terrace while relaxing or working peacefully with the best fiber optic network. You always have the entire house and garden to yourselves.

Remise Graefekiez – Hideaway in Kreuzberg

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. We use 100% green electricity.
