Sehr zentral gelegende Wohnung im Dachgeschoss. Wunderbar gelegen um Unternehmungen in der Umgebung des Chiemsees zu starten. Top ausgestattete Küche.

Neuveritelne krasne ubytovani plne zazitku a krasnych vzpominek. Hostitele byli skveli, vzdy vysli vstric, jsme nadmiru spokojeni. Tak nekdy zase na videnou!!

it was very good very central. the snag came in was with the check in. we arrived 14:55 but the code did not work. we tried it a few times before we reached out to Azamat. the code still ddnt work and had to get changed. then we were able to get int. the door had the same snag as the front gate with the codes. we had to reach out to them again late at night due to missing towels for the 3rd guest - we had specifically booked for 3. but we received the reply so it was resolved. the place is very clean and very new - quiet despite being in the city center and everything that is needed is just downstairs. it was a very pleasant stay and the place is very conducive for rest and recreation. we would gladly come back!!!

Ich war 2 Wochen im APP 28 wie zuhause untergebracht. Alles Bestens, wunderbare Wohlfühl-Matraze im frzs. Bett.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sie ist ja auch nicht besonders teuer. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist völlig in Ordnung. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. War alles in bester Ordnung absolut empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Die Wohnung ist groß und hat alles, was man braucht. Der zugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist besonders an den heißeren Tagen ein Highlight. Christian ist ein großartiger Gastgeber. Wir uns zu einer jeden Zeit bei ihm sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Die Unterkunft war super schön, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann von dort aus sehr schön wandern gehen , das Highlight war der Sonnenuntergang den man am Abend perfekt vom Balkon aus sehen konnte. Kann die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Es war ein Traum. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schick. Wir waren mit unseren drei Teenagern dort, zum Skifahren. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. :) ggf ist die Couch zum lümmeln mit 5 Personen zu klein. Aber hey, wenn man sonst nichts hat. Der Ort hat alles was man braucht. Danke Danke für alles!

Hübsches kleines Haus, sehr schön gelegen. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein wirklich sehr tolles Haus. Leider waren wir nur ein Wochenende, wären gerne länger geblieben. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr besonders. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super. Wir hatten nur etwas Probleme bei der Anreise, da die Adresse der Unterkunft nicht mit der in Airbnb übereinstimmt. Wir haben dann über Google Maps hingefunden. Sonst war wirklich alles top!

Einfach wunderschön! Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr ausgezogen. Die Gegend ist ein Traum, alles wichtige ist fußläufig zu erreichen, man ist super schnell am See und das Haus ist auch wunderschön. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch für unsere Kinder wurde alles bereit gestellt, Wickelunterlage, Hochstuhl… Alles war da. Unser Hund war auch willkommen, was uns sehr gefreut hat, denn es ist nicht einfach mit Hund schöne Unterkünfte zu finden. Es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Die Terasse ist riesig und die Sauna ist auch ganz toll! Wir kommen ganz bestimmt mal wieder! Danke für alles!

ואוו ואוו מקום מושלםם דירה ענקית, יפה ,מצוחצחת, ריח טוב ,מפנקת ושווה כל מחיר. לא חסר בה כלום ברמת ירידה לפרטים הכי קטנים. בעל הדירה נותן שרות מדהים, זמין בכל שעה ועזר לנו ברכבות ובאטרקציות באזור . הוא חיכה לנו כשהגענו- למרות שזה היה שעה מאוחרת, ונתן תחושה הכי טובה שיש! הנוף מהחלונות ומהמרפסת מטורף שלא רצינו לצאת מהדירה. קרוב לזלצבורג כמה דק נסיעה , לאטרקציות ומסלולים. היה לנו חווית נופש מושלמת ונחזור שוב!

Wir haben wunderbare Weihnachtsferien in der Unterkunft von Daniela und Stefan verbracht (4 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder). Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Küchenutensilien und sonstiges Zubehör sind ausreichend vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Hervorzuheben sind die gemütlichen Betten, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen :-) Eine sehr schöne Geste bei Anreise ist der leckere Kuchen und gefüllte Korb mit allerlei Leckereien. Die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar bei Fragen, haben uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben und waren uns bei den Weihnachtseinkäufen behilflich. Die Kinder konnten sich direkt beim Haus im Schnee austoben (Schlitten und Bob sind vorhanden) und die Eltern haben die Sauna genossen. Handtücher und Bademäntel stehen zur Verfügung. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Die Unterkunft von Daniela und Stefan ist sehr weiterzuempfehlen.

Had a lovely stay at Christine’s place that is only a short drive outside Salzburg. Christine responded to any questions quickly and always greeted us with smile. The surrounds are peaceful and private. Enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and watching the farm cats in the field outside the patio. Very well stocked kitchen and the automatic espresso machine made perfect coffee. Would return in a heartbeat if in Salzburg area again.

Such a pleasant experience staying here! The place was spotless and clearly well-maintained, which made it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly honest throughout the entire process, their communication was prompt and very helpful whenever we have question. We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. Monika and her husband were truly exceptional hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything a guest could need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including a lovely welcome gift that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was incredibly well organized and easy to navigate. The location is also excellent. It is about 30 minutes walking to the city center, but buses are very convenient and easy to use. If you are driving, there is parking available which is very helpful. We highly recommend staying here. Monika and her husband created a space that is not only practical and clean but also filled with care and attention. It is a perfect place to stay while visiting the area.

We stayed at Thomas place for a week whilst we explored Passau and surrounding area. The flat is comfortable, clean and well equipped but also stylish (wooden floors and ceilings in the living room and an old gramophone which actually works). It is in a brilliant location, in the old town, close to all three rivers and all the sights but also only a short walk from the train station. I would certainly recommend this apartment.
