it was very good very central. the snag came in was with the check in. we arrived 14:55 but the code did not work. we tried it a few times before we reached out to Azamat. the code still ddnt work and had to get changed. then we were able to get int. the door had the same snag as the front gate with the codes. we had to reach out to them again late at night due to missing towels for the 3rd guest - we had specifically booked for 3. but we received the reply so it was resolved. the place is very clean and very new - quiet despite being in the city center and everything that is needed is just downstairs. it was a very pleasant stay and the place is very conducive for rest and recreation. we would gladly come back!!!

I stayed at home in the APP 28 for 2 weeks. All the best, wonderful feel-good mattress in the French bed.

We enjoyed our short stay

The apartment is large and has everything you need. The associated underground parking space is a highlight, especially on the hotter days. Christian is a great host. We felt very well taken care of at all times with him.

The place was super nice, we felt very comfortable. You can go hiking from there very nicely, the highlight was the sunset that you could see perfectly from the balcony in the evening. Can only recommend the apartment.

It was a dream. The place is very chic. We were there with our three teenagers, to go skiing. The apartment has everything you need. :) If necessary, the couch is too small for 5 people to lounge on. But hey, if you don't have anything else. The place has everything you need. Thank you, thank you for everything!

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

Just beautiful! We felt very comfortable and would have preferred not to move out at all. The area is a dream, everything important is within walking distance, you are super fast at the lake and the house is also beautiful. We really lacked nothing. Everything was also provided for our children, changing mat, high chair... Everything was there. Our dog was also welcome, which pleased us very much, as it is not easy to find nice accommodations with a dog. It was very quiet and we had lots of space. The terrace is huge and the sauna is also great! I'm sure we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

Wow wow perfect place Huge apartment, beautiful ,spotless, smells good ,pampering and worth any price. It's not missing anything at the smallest level of detail. The landlord provides amazing service, available at all times and helped us with trains and attractions in the area . He was waiting for us when we arrived- even though it was late, and gave the best feeling! The view from the windows and the balcony is crazy that we didn't want to leave the apartment. Close to Salzburg a few minutes drive , to attractions and trails. We had a perfect vacation experience and will be back again!

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation at Daniela and Stefan's place (4 adults, 3 children). The house is very nice and cozy. Kitchen utensils and other accessories are sufficiently available and nothing is missing. We felt very comfortable right from the start. The cozy beds are worth mentioning, we slept wonderfully :-) A very nice gesture on arrival is the delicious cake and filled basket with all kinds of goodies. The hosts were very helpful, always available for questions, gave us good tips for excursions and helped us with Christmas shopping. The children were able to romp around in the snow right by the house (sled and bob are available) and the parents enjoyed the sauna. Towels and bathrobes are available. All in all, a perfect vacation. Daniela and Stefan's place is highly recommended.

Had a lovely stay at Christine’s place that is only a short drive outside Salzburg. Christine responded to any questions quickly and always greeted us with smile. The surrounds are peaceful and private. Enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and watching the farm cats in the field outside the patio. Very well stocked kitchen and the automatic espresso machine made perfect coffee. Would return in a heartbeat if in Salzburg area again.

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. Monika and her husband were truly exceptional hosts. They were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything a guest could need. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including a lovely welcome gift that made the stay feel even more special. Everything was incredibly well organized and easy to navigate. The location is also excellent. It is about 30 minutes walking to the city center, but buses are very convenient and easy to use. If you are driving, there is parking available which is very helpful. We highly recommend staying here. Monika and her husband created a space that is not only practical and clean but also filled with care and attention. It is a perfect place to stay while visiting the area.

We stayed at Thomas place for a week whilst we explored Passau and surrounding area. The flat is comfortable, clean and well equipped but also stylish (wooden floors and ceilings in the living room and an old gramophone which actually works). It is in a brilliant location, in the old town, close to all three rivers and all the sights but also only a short walk from the train station. I would certainly recommend this apartment.
