The approximately 65 square meter family-friendly attic apartment is located in the small village of Mitgenfeld in the Rhön Biosphere Reserve. In the house there is a second larger apartment if you want to come with friends. Our large garden with campfire place and outdoor seating can also be used by you to play and relax. We have a small riding stable just outside the village, which is within walking distance. Since we both work, it is best to reach us in the evening or by phone.

This Lower Franconian townhouse in the immediate vicinity of the garden city was extensively expanded about 40 years ago and has since had a modern open floor plan. Bedroom, living room, dining room with attached kitchen and terrace have been integrated with each other. A free-floating staircase leads from the terrace into the green garden with an old apple tree.

Our aim is to welcome guests with a dog as well as the ones without into a friendly, cosy atmosphere. The appartment is at the edge of Oberelsbach - ideally for hikes. Basic shopping is possible and there is a nice café, a gas station and a pharmacy. Hiking and Cycling trails start directly from the house. But also there are bus lines which opperate in different directions as well as right into the heart of the hiking area.

The apartment can be used with up to four people thanks to the sofa bed and additional mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ideal for visiting spa guests.
