The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

You have a separate entrance (photo) in the single-family house to a 41 m² apartment with bathroom, small bedroom, hallway and spacious apartment with kitchen incl. kettle, toaster, coffee maker. Everything on one level without stairs or steps. A Kinderkraft Sofi plus baby crib and highchair are provided free of charge. The apartment is very quiet on the outskirts of Greifenhain (Saxony). A bakery is nearby. You can park for free directly on the premises.

The apartment in the center of Bad Lausick can be reached via a separate entrance, 24/7 via smart lock and key code. It is located on the ground floor and is furnished to a high standard. It has its own fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and dining area with smart TV and a 1000 Mbps fiber optic connection for use via Wi-Fi. A parking place is available. Professional washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the in-house laundry (charges apply).

Private holiday home for up to 14 people

Our private holiday home with its own courtyard and entrance area, parking facilities and plenty of space in the middle of nature is quietly located between Leipzig and Chemnitz. The accommodation has a large communal kitchen with an adjoining dining/living area including seating, a sofa and a television. There is space for up to 9 adults in four spacious rooms. Our beautiful apartment is located in the Chemnitz - Reichenhain district. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/shower.
