Holz und natürliche Materialien geben der Wohnung einen besonderen Charme.Die Ferienwohnung Schwalbennestverfügt auf 65 m² im ersten Stock des sanierten Seitengebäudes der Buschmühle über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbet (einzeln möglich), ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten (zusammen möglich) und einen Wohnbereich mit integrierter Küche und einem kleinen Bad mit Dusche/WC. Die Küche ist mit einem Ceranfeld, Backofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Toaster und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet.Für unsere Gäste steht ein WLAN kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

A bakery is nearby. You can park for free directly on the premises.

Professional washing machines and tumble dryers are available in the in-house laundry (charges apply).

Our private holiday home with its own courtyard and entrance area, parking facilities and plenty of space in the middle of nature is quietly located between Leipzig and Chemnitz. The accommodation has a large communal kitchen with an adjoining dining/living area including seating, a sofa and a television. There is space for up to 9 adults in four spacious rooms. The newly created lakes in the south of Leipzig can also be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Reservation is not possible.

The property with a large garage (ping-pong table and punching bag), trampoline and slackline is at your disposal.
