Ferienhaus "Ahle Schinn" Relax on the Werra

Our holiday home is a half-timbered house in "Little Venice," the old fishing houses in front of the city wall and is bordered by the Werra, the Werra Bridge and the old city wall. In the 1990s, it was lovingly renovated and has been updated over and over again. Families with children are welcome! Cots for toddlers and high chairs are included at no extra charge. The ground floor is used by a cafe with beer garden, from which you can also be taken care of on request.

Construction trailer with a view and country charm

The red construction trailer on our old farm on the outskirts of the village offers a great view. Time to come down and enjoy the simple life in nature. Room to switch off and stop. The spacious construction trailer has everything for a good simple life: washbasin, stovetop, fridge. In the double bed 1.40 cm or on the cozy sofa you can relax. Outside: Outdoor hot shower and compost separating toilet. In winter you shower in our separate apartment.

Modern guest house "Seenah" and close to the city

The annex was completely expanded in 2019. It has become a real gem and we are pleased to offer this modern guest apartment in a prime location. In the immediate vicinity is the swimming lake at the leisure center, but Lake Werra is also just a short walk away. On the way there is an EDEKA supermarket. And the city center of Eschwege can also be reached in 25 minutes on foot. Around Grebendorf there are a number of hiking and cycling trails.

Warm earth tones with black accents create an elegant yet cozy atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. In addition to a double bed in the bedroom, two additional full sleeping options are available in the living room.

Stylish historic half-timbered courtyard, combined with modern interior design and the latest technology. Hiking riders are welcome. The landscape invites you to hike (Kaufunger Forest, Münden Nature Park), cycle, but also to visit Kassel or Göttingen (e.g. World Heritage Site Kassel Bergpark). Both cities can be reached in a 30-minute drive. Bikers are also welcome. There is ample space for horses or motorcycles/bicycles.

This approx. 37 sqm cozy apartment has been renovated with a lot of love and a lot of natural building materials, so that the charm that such an old house can radiate was not lost. It offers guests a very cozy ambiance in an idyllic garden paradise. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bikes can also be rented. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and are within walking distance.

The apartment is about 32 m2, is located in a listed half-timbered house and is lovingly restored with natural building materials. The location is central yet quiet. It features a separate street-side entrance with a lowered side pavement and also an accessible back exit to a green courtyard garden. The spacious shower (1.20 m2) allows floor-level access. Nearby free parking for spa card holders is possible.

Enjoy your stay in the beautiful village of Frankershausen. As part of Ms. Holle Naturprks, the Meißner Vorland invites you to hike, walk and cycle. Perfect to just unwind. In Frankershausen, food and drink requests can be served by a shop, two bistros and an ice cream shop. The nearby towns of Eschwege and Bad Sooden-Allendorf attract to excursions, with Bad-Sooden with half-timbered charm and a spa.
