Quiet green area, comfortable modern, homely apartment. It has a separate entrance, upstairs kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms with air conditioning. The apartment also has a cozy balcony overlooking the garden and the barbecue terrace. In the garden there is a trampoline and swing for children. The indoor barbecue terrace has a beer table for 10 people with benches and a swing bed, where you can comfortably dine, barbecue and drink wine.

Örvényes is a wonderful place to retreat yet close to the beach, Tihany, market, restaurants etc. The house is top of the hill, where it's wonderful view to the Lake Balaton, Tihany and Sajkod bay. A dirt road leads to the garden, where there is no fence, wild animals (boar, deer, fox, rabbit,pheasant) are regular visitors to the garden at dawn. the house was built on a 300-year-old cellar, a stylish bathroom and room were designed in the basement.
