In a fantastically idyllic location, between forest, meadows and a sandy beach 250 m away, the holiday apartment, completed at the beginning of 2025, is hidden with special architecture and minimalist design. If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an easterly wind), the call of a red kite (with a westerly wind), marvel at sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, you have come to the right place.

Idyllic house by the sea

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Hafenpanorama Flensburg

Soft opening: The first apartment in this beautiful Wilhelminian-style house is ready, the attic. It opens to the west with a stunning view over the harbor and Flensburg's old town. Two balconies (to the harbor and to the romantic captain's quarter) offer sunny spots at any time of the day, stylishly renovated rooms, fireplace, black designer kitchen… Currently, the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors are being completed and construction noise may occasionally occur.

House Alva, quiet location, Baltic Sea beach

House Alva, within walking distance of Schlei & the Baltic Sea, offers you a living and usable area of 110 square meters on an all-day sunny, garden plot of 800 square meters with its own driveway & parking. The cozy Danish-style vacation home impresses with its very spacious living/dining area open to the roof with an open, modern kitchen and view of the large covered terrace, 2 beautiful, bright (darken) and cozy bedrooms and 1 modern bathroom with rain shower.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

The vacation home "Schleibengel" in Maasholm is a great destination for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones. This comfortable and welcoming 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 7 people. Among the on-site amenities are Wi-Fi, 4 smart TVs with streaming services (Sky) and Netflix, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, and a selection of children's books and toys.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.

"Smukke Bleibe" Harbor view in Maasholm

Moin! Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on just under 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholmer harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. In a direct location to the sailing harbor in Maasholm, it is only a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

Sun and sea beach house

The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. A unique location in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The whirlpool bathtub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/beach views) are great for unwinding. The fireplace in the lounge room and underfloor heating provide warmth and coziness on cold days.
