Vacation rentals with a patio in Baden bei Wien

The apartment was clean and spacious; the outdoor deck was great for breakfast and the upper deck for views of the city lived up to our expectations. The location was great, 2 blocks from the ubahn(subway) trams, coffee shops and supermarkets. Mario was available and responsive when we needed him. We had one minor issue with the Wifi. It was in and out, a little difficult since some of us were working. Overall a great space and quiet.

The stay was great. Wery good location near to the metro station. Saif was very very helful.

Everything super good! Good location, easily accessible. It has a tub, so that was a plus and separate from the bathroom! The depto is just as it is in the photos.

I had a great stay at Amel‘s place, the apartment was clean had lots of stores nearby in walkable distance, and the host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments. There are only a few that feel like home. This was one. It hurt to leave. It felt great to spend time there. Perchtoldsdorf is a super charming town. You can walk to the right of this apartment and go into a little downtown, its cute shops, marvelous patisserie, and all the Heirigen. Or you go the other direction and go up into the hills for wonderful walks. This is a truly heavenly stay that I will never forget. If you visit, be sure to eat at Il Tramezzino.

We liked the apartment. Clean and quiet. Close to the metro. Low floor. Your host has clear instructions and recommendations for your stay. It's a pity that the pool was closed as it was still April and it was cool. Recommended for your stay!

A little gem! You don't usually make such experiences public. Because when I am back in Vienna, I would like to stay here again. Alley super clean, the terrace is a hit, the location of the apartment is absolutely quiet and Goran is very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time at Marion's apartment! The place was not only sparkling clean, but also very tastefully decorated – you immediately feel at home. Marion was an incredibly friendly and attentive host. The location of the apartment was perfect: quiet but still very central, so you could easily reach many attractions. The apartment is really great. It has everything you need. We didn't miss anything. You have a lot of storage options and the apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. The location is also great and you have good connections by bus and train. We felt very comfortable. I'd love to come back :)

Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

We spent an unforgettable time with our family in this wonderful house! The house is great and very cozy – you immediately feel comfortable and don't want to leave at all. Next to the house live two ponies and many chickens – especially for the children this was a real highlight and gave the stay a fairytale atmosphere. A real pleasure for the whole family! We can definitely recommend this place to everyone!

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia and Kurt’s house. They are kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Vienna Forest. It’s also very convenient for trips to Vienna, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We felt at home here and were able to enjoy our trip very relaxed. The nearby spa park, where we could walk every morning, was wonderfully quiet and beautiful. If you visit Vienna, need a break and are looking for a cozy accommodation for the family, we can highly recommend this place.😉

The apartment is very quietly located. But ideally suited for our plans. We explored a lot of sights. The apartment really had everything you could wish for! I've experienced a lot of different things. The beds were excellent.

We stayed here for several weeks and everything was great. The owner is very helpful and kind. We will definitely return if we have the chance. A great place for business trips and longer stays. 😊

We felt right at home. Very comfortable and warm. We had everything at hand. We did a lot of our own cooking for the week we were there. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking full meals easily. It is really nice to have the bedroom separate from the living area. It was winter so we didn’t used the garden but it looks like it will be awesome in summer. Very close to transport and a supermarket in walking distance.

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

The first personal contact was just as pleasant as the previous correspondence. The apartment was just like in the photos and lovingly furnished. We immediately felt comfortable and there was everything you need for a 5 day stay. Claudia was accessible at all times and always helped quickly and kindly. The metro station was within walking distance and we had safely parked our car in the parking lot at Fiakerplatz for little money the whole time. We would always want to stay with Claudia again when we are back in Vienna. Such a nice landlady is not often found. Thanks for everything.

Great Airbnb which was only 1 or 2 minutes walk from Hernals station with easy access to Vienna city centre. The terrace is lovely and the rooms are clean and well furnished. There were dressing gowns and sliders provided which was a lovely touch. The only drawback is the low ceiling above the sofa in the living room meant we kept banging our heads! But lovely living room otherwise. Very comfortable stay - would thoroughly recommend

My experience at Edit and Dieters beautiful apartment was a total delight from start to finish. It is a beautiful house in a lovely quiet, but well connected, suburb of Vienna. Think classy, slightly faded opulence which draws you in and immediately feels like home. The interior decoration was beautifully simple and yet we wanted for nothing. Edit and Dieter were very responsive but allowed us to enjoy our stay without over involved patrons. They are fountains of information if you ask but won't dominate you. I would love to come back one day when the carpet of Spring flowers are fully opened and the trees in full leaf. Look out for the pair of little black squirrels which play in the pine trees, they are gorgeous. I really hope the stars align for a revisit in the not too distant future.

I had a perfect stay at Andie’s Airbnb in Vienna! The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a stunning view overlooking the city. Everything was spotless and perfectly clean, which made it feel extra comfortable and welcoming. Communication with Andie was not only friendly and responsive, but also gave me some fantastic local tips for food and coffee. She answered all my questions very quickly and made sure I had everything I needed. The location is also a big plus—just a short walk to the underground and only four stops from the city center. It’s super convenient if you want to explore Vienna. I can only recommend staying at her apartment—an amazing experience from start to finish!

Totally fantastic! A lovely apartment, very well laid out and bright, with good space (even for 八卦掌 exercise). Nice living/kitchen area, with nearby bedroom and bathroom. Private and peaceful, many nearby green places and even for swimming. Sabine was great with communication and hospitality. I arrived on a Sunday (supermarkets closed) and she kindly provided some cooking supplies I was lacking. The only drawback, I could not share the experience with my wife. Again, fantastic
