On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June/July/August/possibly Sept.), our sunken pool (heated by solar - water temperature therefore depends on the hours of sunshine) can be used in the garden.

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Right next to the Gmeiner farm with cows, ponies, chickens, cat and dog is the beautiful apartment with 84 m², 5 beds in 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and shower, a large open living and dining area with kitchen and large terrace. There are 2 more apartments in the house. Dogs are welcome. We charge 25 euros per stay. The municipality charges a tourist tax per day and guest from 16 years of 2.10 euros.
