A modern clean apartment in the new district. The apartment has everything you need. Parking is a few meters from the front door. The communication with Kenan was easy as was the check-in. I can only recommend the apartment, especially if you are traveling by car.

Micheal was the nicest host i ever met, he came to take me from the train station, and after that also to university. He was flexible and helpful, nice communication! For sure worth the price!

The apartment is really great, very modernly furnished, very clean and well maintained and equipped with everything you need. It is very quiet, both in the house and in the surrounding area. The hosts are very nice and accommodating and very quick to respond to questions. We were even able to park our camper in the yard during our stay. We thank Sandra and the family for the hospitable accommodation. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Our stay started with a small technical issue but Thomas was always responsive, present and available until it was resolved. The house is WONDERFUL, incredibly large and spacious with enough space so that each guest has their own privacy. The photographs don't make the house spacious and beautiful. The bathrooms are super clean, spacious, and functional. Huge showers. The kitchen and house are equipped with anything you may need even for a long stay. Quiet surroundings, great bakery near the house. We highly recommend staying with this host.

Bea & Tobi's small and very nice apartment is highly recommended. Great decor, thought of everything and handed over very clean. The location right by the stove is perfect, by bike from Ödheim there are many great routes. I would fully return. Thanks to you 2!

There were three of us for a competition in Rottweil and were interested in the place due to the location, the upscale amenities, the flexibility and the many rooms. After a nice and friendly first contact, the booking was quickly confirmed and before arrival there were clear and easy instructions for check-in and stay on site. Even a little attention was put in the fridge for us. If someone is unsure about the location on the main road, you don't hear anything in the house and have absolute peace and privacy. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back and can only recommend it.

very good stay in this apartment, ideally located 5min from the lake on foot. very convenient with the garage by bike. A little noisy at night when we slept with the windows open with the heat (on Saturday nights in particular) but it was clearly indicated in the listing that there was no air conditioning. we will be back!!

We can only agree with Michael's review Were in the apartment at the end of July and also had a lovely time. Nothing was missing. A high chair was provided for our daughter, we were able to use a fall-out protection for the bed and also the fuse of the sockets was thought of – really very child and family friendly. Then also the great location, only a few meters to the lake with a beautiful playground. Antje and her family are very welcoming and we felt very much there. If you have any questions, we could always contact Antje. If it takes us to Lake Constance again, then we will be happy to come back.

René is a really attentive and attentive host to you (for example, his welcome basket full of good things) without being intrusive. He is available to answer questions, advise and book good restaurants, where the shops are,... The place is quiet, the private parking space is a plus.
