It's been a wonderful stay. The house complies with all amenities. Carlo was always quick to respond to our inquiries. The beach (Cala) is a 17 minute walk where there are routes to do. The gem of the house is the view. Very quiet area. The communal pool you have access to is right in front of the house. Everything was perfect.

For a couple (with or without children) who want to visit the area, Elisa's place is a fantastic option. The house is not very large, but it has everything you need to feel very comfortable in it. It has been recently renovated, the kitchen is new and modern, the bathroom is spacious, the bed has a very hard mattress (we like them like that), and the sofa bed in the room is also quite comfortable. That yes, the streets of the village are very narrow and it is something uncomfortable to move the car through them..: but luckily, there is a public parking that you will find on Google Maps just a two-minute walk away. What I said, completely recommended! We will for sure be going back!

A modernised, comfortable and tastefully decorated villa. A lovely private pool and garden area. We stayed in February and used the wood burner fire and air con heating and we found it cosy. A short walk to the beautiful rocky coast, or a safe cycle 10 minutes along the coastal path in to Denia centre , where we enjoyed restaurants, bars, markets and shopping. Lots going on in Denia, Padel courts, indoor swimming pool, gyms, spas, etc. Eric and Sophie were very responsive hosts, and we would definitely recommend their villa to other guests.

We spent 4 days with an incredible family!! The photos correspond to the photos as is! Everything is very clean and comfortable!

We had a great time at Maria's Casa by the sea❤️. Maria is super caring, and responds immediately if we had a question, we lacked nothing. She is really 100% ready for her guests. The location is really super nice, lovely by the sea and a nice swimming pool. From the house you can easily take the tram to Alicante. RECOMMENDED and certainly subject to repetition.

The house is very tastefully furnished with a well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, which is of course important with 7 people. It is actually only a 7-minute walk to the beach promenade👍🏼. Alan, Virgina's husband, was always easily accessible and also asked on his own if everything was right. All in all: perfect!

The apartment had everything I needed. Plenty of space, all the necessary items, quality inside.

To say, more than satisfied with the accommodation. Comfortable place, close to everything and at the same time quiet. The host a 10, a total genius. The photos of the place do not show how beautiful and comfortable it is. I definitely recommend it 1000%. I'll be back

What an apartment! Everything we needed and more. An extremely spacious apartment in the best location. The apartment has so much natural light and options to open sliding doors to let in fresh air as well as an aircon unit. Very easy to get to, close to everything and worth every penny.

We had a great stay at Juan’s apartment. Location was perfect for the beach, shops and bars. Flat was perfect - like a home from home. We felt very safe within the apartment building and leaving our car in the gated car park. Would recommend

The apartment is very beautiful and modern, it is very well equipped, we have everything we need, moreover the neighbors do not make any noise, the airco is present in all the bedrooms except the kitchen and the bathroom the only drawback is the 4 floors to go up with the suitcases but it's doable, the host is very friendly and responds quickly

A lovely stay in a beautiful location. The beach view was spectacular every morning. The apartment was clean and well laid out with air conditioning for the warmer days. The construction work was particularly challenging most mornings due to the noise early morning however, once it is complete, it would be a great peaceful stay.

Close to most of old town gandia. great apartment and host provides as much info on town as realistic. if coming back to gandia will be happy to rebook with Caroline.

Lovely place - open, light and with a beautiful view. Walking access to beach was brill, and had playgrounds nearby which was good for our son. Tram was pretty accessible to town centre as well.

We look back on a super nice 10 day stay in Calp. This is most definitely due to the lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment of Patricia and Veronica. Fully equipped. We were well received and shown the way in the apartment. Patricia kept us updated on the activities in Calp during the holidays. And with a question from our side, a quick and clear response back. When you exit the main entrance and turn left you are after 100m on a lovely clean beach. In the immediate vicinity a supermarket and cafe Seamos where you can go for a top coffee and lunch. In short, Patricia and Veronica's apartment is definitely recommended!

We were very comfortable, José Luis and his wife were very attentive and gave us many facilities to settle in. The mattresses are comfortable. The area is very good, 5 minutes from the beach. we will surely repeat

We stayed at this apartment, with 4 people. And it war very comforatable and fitting for us. There is A grocery store very near so we were able eat at the house aswell. Overall very nice and absolutely stunning view from the apartment. Thank you Jurgita!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures, super nice and comfortable. It has everything you need not to mention the welcome details that Julia and Javier left us as fruit and soft drinks. It is very first line great for walking but also with restaurants and super markets nearby. We will certainly repeat.
