The stay was just perfect! The house was exactly as shown in the photos, in fact, even better: very clean, attention to detail and equipped with every comfort. The location was convenient, in a quiet area. The host was super friendly and super helpful. We really felt at home. Highly recommended for those looking for an authentic and relaxing experience. We'll definitely be back!

House surrounded by greenery on the hills of Perugia, small but cozy and complete with all comforts. The terrace is very nice and with a beautiful view. Alessandro and his partner were always available and kind. I can definitely recommend it.

Apartment cared for and equipped with all needs, the heating system is very efficient: we stayed here on very cold days and the house really heats up in a short time. The property is on a hill, in a quiet and peaceful area. The fully fenced garden is divided into a grassy space where you can park on one side, but also comfortably eat outdoors and a piece of woods where our dogs loved running and playing. The location is also very convenient, 5 minutes from the mini-meter, parks and several businesses. Getting to the center of Perugia was super easy. Also very happy with the co-host Anna who was always responsive, kind and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Accommodation in a perfect location to quickly reach the main destinations such as Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio, Lake Trasimeno or the many wonderful Umbri villages.
