We just spent a weekend at Francisco's house in Pozo Alcón, and we couldn't be happier. We were eight friends and the place was perfect for our stay. The house is spacious, very well maintained and has all the necessary amenities to enjoy to the fullest. In addition, it is in a quiet and sunny environment, ideal for disconnecting. Catalina is a 10 hostess. Not only has the house immaculate, it also recommends and organizes activities to make your stay the most pleasant. The house is very nice, great for large groups. It's very spacious, bigger than it looks in the photos, and is perfectly equipped with everything you need (towels, sheets, various utensils in the kitchen...), maybe the oven a little small but can be used without problems. A very quiet area, no noise is heard. Paqui has been a wonderful host, always at our disposal. It's been a complete success.

I went with my family, we had an idea of hiking in the sierra and in the end, we ended up spending more time in the house than it was, thanks to the comfort and how welcoming it is.

We loved our stay at Carmen’s place. It was very peaceful, but with easy access to the natural park where we made several trips to spot lynx. The villa had everything we needed. We cooked for ourself the whole time, and spent a lot of time sitting around the beautiful pool area. We loved Carmen’s 3 dogs too :) We hope to come back one day soon.

We were a finde with friends, in total 9. There was enough space to be well in the living room with the fireplace, dining and playing board games. Good atmosphere to enjoy with friends. The spacious rooms and with the two bathrooms enough for the 9. It has a very large patio where you can, in our case, have a drink at noon. In summer it is probably given more use. It had everything I needed to cook. It is located in a good area as it is quiet and the area to visit monuments is not far away on foot. Supermarkets nearby to not go loaded from home with food. Recommended to spend a few days with good friends.

Pretty and spacious house. We were very comfortable both inside and outside on the different terraces when the good weather left us. Laura was attentive to the mobile at all times to help us with what we need. He also recommended places to visit in the area.

Despite the rain, the days at Gustavo's house have been great. The house is beautiful, spacious, very cared for, with lots of detail. The fireplace heated the whole house great and in the summer I guess in the pool it will be phenomenal. A tipzo that the basketball court/ tennis court was private.... we enjoyed it a lot. We spent 4 fantastic days as a family and felt right at home. The house meets the descriptions, it has very special corners, such as the fireplace, the patio and the kitchen that gives rise to encounters and good conversations. The house is very spacious, rural to detail and the utensils are fine. The attention from the beginning was very good and Juan was super attentive and flexible. We loved the village and the surroundings, hopefully we can repeat soon. Highly recommended.

The listing is as described. It's a quiet place with everything you need to unwind a few days with the family. The owner responds the messages almost instantly and is very friendly. Highly recommended. The interior of the house, except for one room and the kitchen, has quite powerful air conditioning. The room that doesn't have air has a ceiling fan. The outdoor area has a garden with fruit trees, a huge kitchen in front of the pool, and space for parking cars. We'll be back for sure.

Don't worry about it anymore! We've had a great week, and the location is great for disconnecting. The treatment of the hosts is magnificent, detailed and careful. The meticulous maid service and the guy who keeps the pool and gardens friendly and professional. The facilities are equipped with everything you need, to be comfortable and live normal life as soon as you arrive. What I have enjoyed the most is its terrace, from which we have been able to contemplate the lost and enjoy the night sky, a great place for any lover of the firmament. The pool is clean and fresh! Outside there are some fruit trees that have given us some snacks. We're definitely going to try repeating.

Private villa to relax! We went in winter but still amazing setting just not warm enough to enjoy the pool. Alcaudette is a great town with lots of shops and places to eat and drink, but a ride out gets into mountains and olive trees, car a must, but happily spend the time chilling on the terrace. Hope to go back soon as we have friends living locally

The apartment is great, with everything you need to spend a few days. It's better than in pictures. Communication with Valeria was smooth and very helpful at all times. If I were to return to Arroyo Frio, I would do it again!

A very pleasant stay. Very attentive host. Unbeatable location on the banks of the Guadalquivir and on horseback between Cazorla and the Rio Borosa. Very equipped house: fireplace, heating, barbecue, microwave, oven, kitchen with all utensils... Totally recommended.
