A 30 sq. meter independent loft within the space of my house, totally private, newly built with lots of natural light thanks to its 5 windows all facing outwards. The pool is for the private use of the loft and house. Located in a very quiet residential area 800 meters from the Barbera train station with which you can reach Barcelona in 15 minutes and 200 meters from the direct bus stop to Barcelona, a shopping center and also a direct bus to the UAB. Located a 7-minute drive from the UAB.

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The pool is shared with other guests. It's a house with views. and it's just for couples. I don't allow parties. Montserrat is very close and Barcelona is 50 km away
