The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. Very nice bright 2 room apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom. They live on 50sqm in the attic directly on the Lahnwanderweg. You look over the city of Diez. You sleep on a 160x200cm bed. Parking in front of the house (or in the yard) at no cost. In a few minutes you can reach shopping center, baker, butcher etc. 10 minutes from the Diez inner and old town and the Lahn. It takes 10 - 15 minutes to drive to Limburg. There is a cathedral and also a historic old town.
