From the entrance gate on the sidewalk, there are a few steps to access the garden that leads to the apartment. Inside you will find a large double bedroom, a living room with dining table and sofa bed for 2, kitchenette equipped with pots and dishes, and a bathroom with shower.

The Rural or "Colonica" house of the Belforte Podere has ancient origins. Its roots are the history of the Villamagna hills, where it was built in the Middle Ages. In fact, the first attestations date back to 1200. The architectural structure, the various stone-fasts and the wooden architraves in the walls - shown in sight after the restoration - clarify its use as a Watching Tower. In 1700, it was converted into a farmhouse for agricultural use.

The interior design reflects the typical Tuscan style of furniture and materials. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, sink and utensils. Available daily, for breakfast you will find coffee/tea, milk, biscuits and cakes.
